Package supposed to be delivered 4/7. Tracking number says they forgot to put it on the truck on Monday, forgot again Tuesday, forgot again Wednesday, forgot again Thursday, now says out for delivery on 5th day and it is already 5:00PM. Decided to cancel the order. They contract with some no-name shipper called Watco (?) instead of a real company like ***** or ***. Total wast of time and money.Staples, Inc.

Employees and management does not know their own promotions. Then, when you challenge them about it, they refuse to serve you, even though they are wrong.Last i checked, 20 + 10 = 30.Staples, Inc.

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience. The customer can recycle up to his monthly limit using the promotion. This is not adding additional ink recycling options to his account. When this offer is active the customer will get 10 with benefits and has 10 left under his normal terms and conditionss. m.

Ordered laptop thursday 3/27.. supposed to be delivered 1day 28th.. they use some crappy unknown delivery service..*****.. I finally called Watco on 27th.. tracking kept saying incorrect address several tines.. they said on phone broken down truck.. said not open on weekend to pick up.. will rush deliver Monday morning 31st..still no show.. tracking now say package missing!!!.. so lied about truck.. if now saying missing.. so no clue if..when package will be delivered.. Wil contact staples again..Staples, Inc.

Went to ship an important document, waited 15 minutes in line for the rude employee to tell me that I'd have to buy a whole pack of manilla envelopes since they don't sell individually, another 15 min on the line to pay, another 15min on the line again for them to tell me they don't have the option to mail it to a PO box, I came back with an mailing address a waited another 15 min for them to tell me that *** charges $67 because it's an envelope when the *** store charges around $6!?that is ridiculous!!never coming back againStaples, Inc.

I live in ******** neighborhood and staple is 2 minutes away from me we drop ****** returns all the time very minimum staff yesterday we went to buy gaming chair and waited 25 minutes no one came 2 times went to register and the *** said Ill send someone. Then second time I went the lady said Im going bathroom I cant help you Ill ask someone again no one came then my 1 year old started crying so we left without chair and bought it from *******. Please focus on hiring more people. Thank you.Staples, Inc.

I was encouraged by an employee to download their app to take advantage of offers and deals. By signing up, the employee said I would receive a promo card of ***** to use on a future purchase of ***** or more. The ***** promo card appears in my account, it says ***** promo card. Went to the store to make a Purchase the day prior to the expiration date. The manager said it couldnt be used, and I had to wait for the promo card to post to my account. Next day, day of expiration, which he said it just was the expiration to clip it! The **** card said Promo Card, but when they tried to open it they couldnt. He said it still had to be active and that I wasnt the only person who couldnt use it. That its not active, yet when you activate it, it says redeemed, without you even using it! This is clearly false advertisement to get clients to download their app through false pretenses of a ***** promo card! Then you get a card without a barcode for redemption. They need to get a class action suit for being so shady! Who knows if they make you do this to them sell your information! Thieves! If they sell my inflation they will get slapped with another lawsuit!Staples, Inc.

Ordered an appointment book on line because it wasnt in store. Tried to track it with the site they sent dont work says it going to be in store December still dont have it. Will never order again next time buy it on ****** I know it will come on time . Terrible service ??????Staples, Inc.

I went to the Staples on *************** in ********* to buy a new wireless printer for my husband's upcoming birthday. I had a lot of questions, but didn't find all the answers on the boxes or by strolling down the printer aisles. And then a wonderful employee named ******* stopped by to answer my questions (even some that I hadn't yet come up with) and tell me some cost-saving tips I never knew existed. She was so wonderful and helpful, and I can't say enough good things about her. And, the printer and cash-saving tips she shared with me will make my husband's birthday that much better! If I could give less starts I would. I ordered an Xbox series X through ************************** and received a shipping confirmation however when I looked at it the item was never received!!! When I contacted **************** I was told the item became out of stock and they would cancel the order and issue a refund. Its been 23 days and I have yet to be issued a refund! When I call they continue to tell me the refund was issued and there is NOTHING they can do now.Staples, Inc.

Staples has a very bad return policy. 14 days return on an office chair I bought. Most uncomfortable chair you can get. Back very sore every time it is used. Tried to return and was told I was past a 14 day return policy. I was 2 days late. I called customer service. They sent a new part. Still no better. I have now tried for almost 90 days to fix problem. No help anywhere. They now tell me the return policy is on the website and on the back of the receipt Look at the back. very small print to say 14 days. I ask. Who looks at the back of the receipt or on the website when in the store? I was told that was all they could do was give me another chair of the same kind. So, in the store salesman does not tell you no sign to show you nothing showing 14 days return policy. All stores have 30 days for return except staples.Staples, Inc.
