      They scammed me with their return policy. I purchased a $22 product, paid $10 for shipping, received it, didn’t even open it, sent it back it and they charged me $8.99 for restocking fees for a total refund of $14. Please, don’t buy from Sierra

      I had 7 items but was charged for 9 because a previous customer changed their mind and did not purchase the items but it was left on my transaction. When I came back in (almost immediately) to the same cashier, she told me I had to bring all my things back in. She then remembered that she accidentally charged me for two extra items. She refunded it to my card but did not give me the receipt. So I called back to the store to ensure it was refunded. They said I had to drive back in to talk to the manager and hung up on me. When I drove back and talked to the coordinator, she was questioning which two items I didn’t want, I had no idea which items they were because it was the previous customers. She asked if I received the receipt and I did not. Her and the sales associated ended up finding my receipt in their trashcan behind the cash register, the one they said they had given me. Not only did they make me feel awful but wasted my time. I used to love going to TJMaxx, but not after this terrible experience.

      I do not recommend ordering from this website AT ALL. I placed an order on May 11th expecting my item to come within two weeks for a trip I was going on. I reached out a couple times to check the status of the shipping and just kept getting a general message that it would ship and i would receive notification once it did. My trip has come and gone and I had to buy the replacement item somewhere else. I tried to cancel the order via online chat and via customer service phone line, they say that they are backed up at the shipping facility and the order cant be canceled yet it hasnt shipped? They keep charging my bank account for the amount and then it will get released because it just stays pending. Save your time and money and stress and order from somewhere else. who knows if the item will ever ship or if they will stop charging my account. I am going to have to call my bank at this point to get it to stop.

      The credit card interest policy is pretty egregious and predatory. I would highly suggest for people to not get a credit card with these folks. Even when it's paid off and cancelled they will keep sending $2.00 bills- IMO hoping folks don't pay it so they can wack on more fees.

      I had the pleasure of visiting Home Sense, and I noticed it was new in town, so I decided to stop and browse. I actually purchased some items. There was a product that did not have a barcode or SKU. Therefore, I looked at the same identical item and the same issue, no barcode or SKU. I proceeded to the checkout line and informed the cashier of the issue of no price tag. I was informed she would radio someone to check on the item as I brought it up front. I waited at the cash register for over 20 minutes, so I inquired again and was told that the message was not received on the radios by one of the coordinators on duty, and that the associates use. The coordinator offered to speak to her manager on my behalf, and that's when she proceeded to come over from the floor. The manager on duty, Selena, verbatim said What are you looking for me to do? We don't give discounts. I was appalled that not one time she asked what the issue was, or as a leader of a store in front of her associates, not one apology. The store manager gave me a look that made me feel so uncomfortable as a shopper, and I felt discriminated against. The lesson learned here is not that all people who look a certain way, no matter sex, gender, or race, should be even told what they are looking for, as if my hard-earned money is not as good as the next customer. The manager walked off very nonchalantly and never apologized or tried to rectify the issue. I shop all the time at your chain of brand stores and have never encountered an issue of discrimination with no explanation. I always say that value critical feedback is important to any business, but obvious from the short time of my observation that Selena lacks customer service skills. My experience was so distasteful that I could not even stay in the store any longer to purchase a patio set for my backyard renovation, as well as additional items.

      This place was horrible. There was no in line and I mean nobody. I walked to the front avoiding the maze of junk you have to navigate through only to be told I had to go thru the maze and again no one was in line or coming to get in.line. There were to 2 cashiers doing nothing but gossiping. I explained to the cashier that i didn't want to go thru the maze since no one was in line and I walked over and stood so my number could be called. Since I very seldom shop at Tj max Ii forgot about this system that lets you know which cashier is free. The cashiers both were free. The one girl gets mad and talks to who I suppose was someone in charge. If this is there management staff this store is lacking in customer service and professionalism. This girl started questioning me saying i jumped the line. AGAIN! no one was in line but me. After all this back and forth a couple finally gets in line
      The so called person in charge asked the couple did I jump in front of them. They politely told this person they had just got in line I didn't get in front of anyone. They finally decided to ring up my purchase
      I had my young granddaughter with me so she had to witness this mess. I was questioned like I stole something
      This place is horrible so please stay away from this place.

      Bella was rude the entire time I was paying. I felt discriminated because she was upset I went to her register. The entire time she said hold on. Not once did she say anything welcoming. This was the most uncomfortable discrimination I had experienced. When I got home immediately I called to speak to a supervisor regarding the incident. I was connected to cookie whom was apologetic. She asked I speak the next day with Randy regarding this incident because he would offer a a gift card. I told her it was not the compensation it was the whole fact I was discriminated but her employee during business hours & the clock. I called Randy 1st thing in the morning. I told him the incident. His response was where was the supervisor? I said I didn’t know since I just wanted to leave. From the moment I approached the counter Bella rolled her eyes. I placed some items on the counter to pay. Her response was hold on. I said Sorry, then I placed a bottle of water she said hold on. I asked if my items could be placed in the luggage I was purchasing she said hold on. Anything I asked was hold on abrupt & rude. Every time she looked at me she huffed & puffed & looked at me in a very uncomfortable way. If someone looks at the video you can see how angry she was when she looked at me. Please let Bella I’m a US citizen born & raised. She had no right to treat me garbage while paying.please let Randy know a manager needs to be empathetic when someone has been discriminated in the store he’s in charged. Not showing concern says a lot of how staff is trained to treat consumers. As for cookie thank you for apologizing but you were misinformed by Randy he won’t give you a gift card if your discriminated or disrespected during stores hours. Very concerning how people get trained to work the tjmaxx.

      I want to shop online but all of my 3 orders #952….868, #953….882, #958….257 were all cancelled. I been a new account since January and once you use the free shipping code it’s not valid anymore, which is unfair because nothing gets processed! If an item is limited or out of stock in your State they should make it known before purchasing.

      the store #1573 in laveen, AZ is a joke. the store is a mess. the employees are untrained and fending for themselves. the managers are overworked and the thief is outrageous.
