      The technician, **** *****, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained all that needed to be done to correct the issue with the chair and quickly fixed it.

      ***** came to our house to install our stairlift. Upon coming to the door, he introduced himself and gave me a handshake. He was very polite, courteous, and efficient. He explained how the chairlift works in a slow manner so that I could follow what he was saying. He answered all questions and made sure we had all information should we need it. He is a great technician!

      The technician arrived within the time frame specified. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained everything he had to do to get the stairlift retractable extension working again. He also corrected many issues the original installer left which could lead to problems in the future. Many thanks. ??
