      To begin, Ild like to share that my background includes a 34-year career as a Safety Engineer/Associate Risk Manager for a Fortune 500 ****************** My search for a quality stairlift for my Wife began with a call to their ***************** What impressed me most was the Companies long standing within the Industry, focus on producing safe quality products, and providing ongoing support for their Customers long after the sale. The Company maintains complete control over their products since the manufacturing, installation/servicing and sales are completed my Stannah Employees. After a delightful and informative conversation I was invited to receive an in home quote from one of their Sales Reps.This is where the magic starts. *********************** arrived the next day precisely as scheduled. He was quick to evaluate my Wifes specific needs, and we sat down to review his recommendations for a best fit stairlift. The standard features and options were beautifully crafted to meet my Wifes needs. ***** is a well versed brilliant Salesman and a great person to work with. But ***** didnt have to sell the product. Rather the product sells itself. Halfway through his presentation I extended my hand, and after a handshake I said lets get this written up. The installation was scheduled with *** who arrived on schedule the following week. *** is an incredibly talented Technician and a great Ambassador for Stannah. He explained the scope of the install and immediately went about completing an incredibly meticulous installation. I later learned that he is currently training other Stannah Technicians. Upon completion of the install, *** did a thorough job of teaching my Wife how to safely and efficiently use the stairlift. And he pointed out the numerous safety features of the unit. She easily demonstrated full proficiency by doing test runs of the stairlift. Great work ***** and Max.In closing Ill share a story from my 34-years working with prospective Insureds and Insureds. There were a few rare occasions when I realized I had come across a Company that excels in their Industry. I suspended my typical line of questioning and simply said so tell me how this all works. If I were to do a Survey of Stannah I would be quick to say OK tell be all about your Business. This Company has set the bar in terms of Stairlifts, and by Wife is happy we are able to stay in our 2-story Home in retirement.If you are looking for a Company founded on integrity, quality, control of both manufacturing and installation, and **************** after the sale you wont find a better Company than Stannah.

      It took a couple of days before I could make an appointment. I spoke to the Massachusetts office twice and was finally able to make an appointment after the second phone call, three days after the first call. When the technician arrived, he was excellent. **** explained everything he was doing, and he did it quickly and efficiently. **** is a real asset to the company. I rated my experience strictly on the technician ****.

      ***********************, salesperson, visited on 17th June 2024. Friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure for sale, pleasant experience. On 17th August we contacted him to order the chair as he'd proposed. He was able to schedule installation for 21st August. ***, the installer, arrived at exactly 8am as planned, spent 1/2 day installing and about 45 minutes training us to use the product. Excellent installation. Good training. Its only been a day but so far we are delighted with the stair-chair itself, and very pleased with Stannah's professionalism.

      Very happy with the stair lift. Stannah was prompt and professional, ***, the technician did an excellent job installing the stairlift as well as communicating how to operate and maintain the unit . I highly recommend Stannah..
