      I gave them a 2 not because they cant lower bills but I paid for a subscription through a third party and BILLSHARK got my bill lowered but they never said I had to pay more. Now that its done they want to charge me like over 140 for lowering it. And thats not what the app told me when I signed up. I believe ***** was the app I used and connected me with ******* told bill shark i rather not have there service and they still keep bothering me for the money I would never have signed up for this if I knew it was that much money.

      First time using the service reccomended through a finance app I use. They were able to save me quite a bit on my internet bill and there's nothing I hate more than wasting time on hold trying to haggle with these companies myself! Well worth the fee!

      They did not have my permission for their services and the charged me over 500 dollars. When I called they said because I had opened a email it gave them permission. I had opened the email but thought it was spam. They wouldnt do anything about it. So now Im out 500 bucks when I dont have it to spare.

      I didn't know that the service extends automatically each year that the amount they saved also comes with a bit of added hoax. For example, some few amount of Promotional Discount ($60 this year, $180 last year) doesn't start this year but a year later and guess what? They automatically extend the service to renegotiate the rate from the same year that this discount cannot even apply yet they still charge 40% of that amount as well.I tried to cancel this service but they don't even have that option on their website. It's so inconveniently designed that I might have to call them directly (wish me luck I haven't been able to find their phone number or email yet) and who knows how long it would take. I don't like that they are not being 100% honest and customer centered. They are indeed sharks even to their customers.

      ******** was excellent! I didnt have to do anything on my end to renegotiate my internet bill for another year. I wouldve forgotten to check and paid what my provider originally asked, but thanks to ********, I am saving every month.
