      I have used this yearly to save on my internet bill. Its a mostly hands off process to me. The savings in phone call hold time, haggling stress, and procrastination delays are totally worth the 40% fee. Their rep is courteous to me and very proactive in pursuing the service provider.

      In my limited experience using BillShark one time for wireless/internet bill, it seems like they negotiate price decreases only by getting you to downgrade to lower service packages. I was expecting better price for the same offering/quality of service. Maybe thats my mistake. Either way I did not find this to be useful.
