    Ordered part from OEM Vehicle Parts for $409.19 with shipping on Jun 10, 2023. Order#*****. They said part is on back-order until October of 2023. So i asked for a refund and they said they will submit my request for refund. Fast forward now Its already March of 2024. No Refund has been made and no part has been received. Order is still open on their website, No shipping. Basically they took my money and did nothing (stealing).

    I ordered car parts on 1/29/2024. I was emailed by ****************************** for a vin number on 1/30/2024 and I responded. The company did not provide any shipping updates, so on 2/04/2024 I requested an update via email. I also requested an update via their websites messaging system on 2/05/2024. Both were responded to by the company by 2/05/2024. Because their response provided no assurances the parts would ship any time soon and I couldnt wait any longer for parts, I canceled the order. I called the company and requested the order canceled and also made a written request through the previously used website communication system. On 2/21/2024, the company notified me that the parts had finally shipped and they charged my credit card on 2/22/2024. I didnt realize this until 2/27/2024. Since then, *** requested a return/refund through emails and messages posted on their website without any response. Ive called numerous times and left messages. One call was answered, but the customer service rep apparently cant process a refund, as I was told that someone would call me back. The company is apparently ignoring me at this point. Ive file complaints with FTC and Massachusetts AGO and notified my credit card company. I plan on also filing a complaint with North Carolina AGO. The company has refund policy with customer paying return shipping and restocking fees. Because I canceled before they shipped the products, I should be get a full refund and they should pay return shipping and any restocking costs.

    [Total purchase price was$172.40. OEM Vehicle Parts is offering total return amount of $138.01. They are not offering a refund of sales tax or of original shipping costs. Because I made the documented request to cancel this order 16 calendar days before it shipped, the only acceptable refund amount is $178.40.]

    Total return amount has to be communicated in writing. Only acceptable amount is $172.40 plus return shipping label. Because shipping label has been provided, OEM Vehicle Parts now must indicate return amount of original unauthorized purchase price, $172.40. Response will only be accepted after indication of full return amount, and after full amount is returned. This is full protected by federal law.

    Ordered two (2) parts from OEM Vehicle Parts (Order Number#***** on 14-Aug-2023) . Partial shipment (1 of 2 / 18-Aug-2024) and received. Received email from OEM Vehcle Parts partially stating: "The part (s) you ordered is currently Backordered. No Current eta. May possibly go Obsolete/NLA We can continue to wait or Cancel the part."I responded via email and phone to cancel the part (2 of 2) numerous times. Additionally, the order details on OEM Vehicle Parts (see attachement) contains my documented request for balance refund - " Per previous request. The outstanding item on this order is no longer available. Please close this order and issue a refund for the balance immediatley. This order has been open and unfulfilled since August! Next step is to contact my credit card company!" I have receive no replies from OEM Vehcle regarding my numerous requests to have balance refunded. I am asking for the balance of $260.39 to be refunded.

    As of 7-Feb-2024, my credit card company (Master Card) reports that a refund has not been received.  My credit card company reports that refunds to the referenced card number are immediately recorded.  Therefore, OEM Vehicle Parts has not followed through with OEM Vehicle Parts issued "Refund Confirmation", Transaction ID: ***********, dated 5-Feb-2024.

    Transaction date 12/20/2023. The purchase was for car parts. The purchase was supposed to ship out within 48 hours. I have received one email from the company on the date of 12/20/2023. This email was questioning the *** number of my vehicle for part accuracy. I provided it within 10 minutes of the request. Since that time I received one additional email that said received. I have attempted to contact this company everyday by email and by voicemail without any success. I was able to get one person on the phone on 12/23/2023 and they told me I was going to get a call back and yet I never did. I continue to call everyday and I get a voicemail and leave a message. This company is selling car parts and promises the car parts within a certain period of time. Secondary to their ineptitude, the vehicle in which the parts have been purchased for is sitting and cannot be driven because of their false promises of shipping within ********************************************** which the purchase was made and I was told to contact the Better Business bureau because there is nothing that they can do because the purchase is still showing as pending and not complete on their part.

    RDER #***** - Placed 11/28/2023 I bought floor mats for m y Porsche, on this company's website they appear by color, I selected black and bought them in the order it is clearly seen that I selected black. But they sent me brown mats. When I contact them they told me they sent me brown because I never sent the Vin#. But regardless of the Vin, I clearly selected black, the order is for black, why did they decide to send them in brown? Now they don't want to take responsibility for their mistake, they want me to take charge of paying the return shipping so that they can return the black ones to me. I don't have to pay the return fee, it's not my mistake and they don't want to return my money. I attach proof of the order and how it was on the website where I clearly bought black ones.I bought on their page because they have them discriminated by color, they do not require the vin#. and they had my number and they didn't call me, I could not check my email because they decided to send them in brown if the order says black I think the error is on their own website.

    I purchased a catalytic converter ('front pipe') from OEM Vehicle Parts of ****** ** on order #*****. The part cost included a $200 core charge for return of the old part. I followed their instructions to return the core and I sent the delivery confirmation to *** at OEM Vehicle Parts as requested. I have not been able to get a refund for the core charge after several emails and unanswered phone calls. Thank you for any assistance.

    We are working to get ***** the $200 core refund. Our supplier did receive the old Cat back and the credit should be sent out in the form of a check this week.  Because the original transaction took place in September of 2022 we arent able to credit back the card that was used because its over 6 months ago. Our supplier didnt receive back the core return until the end of August this year which is almost a full year after the original purchase. Of course, we will make sure the credit goes out once we see the credit applied to our account from the supplier.

    I ordered floor mats and found them cheaper so I tried to cancel the order around 15 minutes after I placed it. I thought it had been cancelled because I didn't get any notification about it at all. Two weeks later I received it. I called and emailed over a dozen times in a weeks time and got no answer trying to return them. Finally I talked to someone and they sent me a return label. I sent it back and they received it on September 2, 2023 according to the tracking and today is September 21, 2023. I still have not received my refund and they will not answer my emails or phone calls. I paid right at $200 for them. I got them for $127 elsewhere.

    I was charged $190.86 on august 17, 2023 and I have not received a credit at all.  I can send you a copy of my statements if you need me to.  There is no credit as of today, October 3, 2023.

    Ordered part number (PT908-36162-20) Tacoma Ccab All Weather Mats Tub AT - ****** 2016-2017 ****** Tacoma on 6/14/2023. Order number #*****; Tracking #**********************; Price $98.59; Shipping $51.77; Tax $14.65; Total $165.01. Front floor mats fit just fine. Back floor mat is wrong size and does not fit. Contacted ******************* in customer service via email 3 times. Responded once and said they would look into it. I called two times as well. Both times the person answering said no one was currently available, but would call me back. Never received a phone call or follow up email. I would like to either get the proper floor mat or a refund for the value of that back floor mat. Considering it is larger than almost both the front ones combined, I would expect a reasonable amount of a refund or replacement. Either works for me and I emailed them that also. I emailed the company this past Monday 8/11, and let them know I would be posting a complaint to BBB if they do not contact me to resolve. They did not contact me.

    On August 15th, the email response I received (attached) indicated that a refund of $30 has been applied to my credit card. As of this morning August 21st, no refund has posted. In the past, any time I have had a refund post from anywhere else, it shows up on my online statement in a day or two.

    I ordered a part from oem vehicleparts.com. It was for a fender trim molding for a ***** CX nine. I ordered the part for the vehicle right side, passenger rear. On the box the part number they sent me with TK4851W20D. They assured me that was the right part for the right side of the vehicle. I emailed the company after ordering to reassure the right part. I have maintain contact through email and phone call to make sure it was the right part because Ive been scam several times with other companies concerning the same issue about the part in the vehicle. They were a short meeting everything was correct. They reassured me the part number, and since I gave them my vehicle vin number they reassured me five times that it was the right part. I was here the part a few days ago at the box and it was not the right part for the right side. It is for the right vehicle but for the wrong side of the vehicle. I emailed and called again I had to call because nobody respond to the emails . So after going back-and-forth with them for full day, I asked them blocks in the park back and they can send me the correct part not a correct part cost more money. I told him no I dont have it I dont get paid till two weeks I couldve sent a Park back and get a refund. Now I have to pay the price for sending the part back now theyre blaming me saying I ordered the wrong part for the wrong side of the vehicle. I have proof I have emails and I have pictures. They still insisting that its me that I need to handle this on my own or just keep the part my wife car still needs to part on the vehicle. And tell them its nothing. They can do it on the end its all up to me and not pay for the wrong part I pay for the right part I have proof of what I ordered and insisting that its my fault and that I have the right part and part number but I do not once again I have proof I can show
