    I purchased this order #***** on March 3rd and I was told it would arrive in **** business days and I was like ok it seem reasonable but I started looking for reviews and stumbled upon all these negative ones. I didn't make anything of it at first but it is now March 10th and have not received my order. I tried canceling my order on March 5th but they said they couldn't cancel because it was already in a warehouse and being prepared to be shipped but when I check the tracking number they provided me it shows its still in ******* and have not seen any update or activity for 24 hours. Not only that but the the address of the origin , OEM VEHICLE PARTS **************************************************************** seems to not exist. I would just like to receive a full refund at this point.

    Order went out Wednesday as promised. Customer received tracking # from carrier and delivery attempted after shop closed yesterday. Products will be delivered Monday morning as long repair shop customer provided is open. See attached tracking information and delivery attempt which was emailed to customer at pick up on Wednesday. Normally, as communicated over the phone to customer on a Monday from South ******* to Georgia its a 2 day point.

    I placed an order for a headlight assembly on December 14, 2022. Received acknowledgement which promised updates. On December 27th after not having received any updates and item still not shipped; I sent a request (attached to the order) to please cancel the order. On January 3, 2023 again after receiving no response or any change to the order status, I sent another written request to the order to please send confirmation that the order was cancelled. I finally received a response that my cancellation request was sent to dealer for action. Again I received no response from dealer. On January 11, 2023 I saw that item was shipped and pending pick up from ***** I called and send a comment on order not to ship item because I had ordered elsewhere. of course no response. I called several time the next day until I finally spoke to someone and she explained that item had to be shipped because order was already to far into the production. I asked her why they had never responded to my continuous requests to cancel.

    Can you please attach this response as the reason why I am not satisfied with the business response which indicated that " there not able to cancel a Special Order part once it is placed but we can do a return on It."

    First, I will indicate that this was not a Special Order item, it was ordered straight off there parts catalogue.

    Second,  I have requested authorization to return this  item on two occasions (January 12, 2022 and January 31, 2022) and both times they advised that they will submit request to the ****** dealer.   To date, I have not received a single response from the company or the dealer.

    We were not able to cancel the order as the product had already shipped from the warehouse as we told the customer. That message has been consistent from the original inquiry. We have offered to credit the customers account once they return the product.

    First,  request to cancel order was placed December 27th and second request on January 3rd.  
    Order was not shipped until January 11th.

    Second, I do not want a credit to account because I do not have an account and I do not know if I will ever need another ****** part again.

    I will gladly return item to company for a refund.

    Order #***** for a part was not processed but credit card was charged. Never received part or refund. I have contacted company several times with no resolution.
