I ordered food delivery from bjs on 03/17 around 7:40 am they took ****** from off my ebt card then ***** off my debit card. Around 10 when my order was to be delivered I went to check the status of my order and noticed theres no order status when I went to call bjs they claimed I did not pace a order with them dispite them sending both a confirmation email and text. I then had to prove to bjs eh at I in fact did place a order they then proceeded to tell me they cannot give me a refund because they dont know what happened in their system and how I cannot get a refund for either card until 3 weeks from now (vet takes less than 3 hours for a refund to process) my bank takes 7 days max. I proceed to ask for a email with confirmation of the conversation had over the phone (I called atleast 3 times and got told different things each time and was even told by an employee that its not that serious that they took my money of my card and that my kid wont have her food or snacks when she gets home) they never sent a email even though I was told I would receive one by 6pm but I never received one.Business Response

Yes so I placed an order on line with 2 forms of payment to **************************..there was a mixed up with how they retrieved the payment so I was on the phone with bjs when I received a notification stating my order had been delivered the bjs associate assured me that it was probably a glitch.. Im handicapped, just came out the hospital.. waiting outside because there was no way to track it I spoke to Instacart and they assured me that the mistake had been on their end.. I never received my groceries a $500 order no bjs wants to investigate even tho Instacart took responsibility now I have to wait a months to replace my food stamps and my cash.. what are my children with special needs supposed to eat until thatBusiness Response

I pay BJs $100 for same day delivery. Bjs has chosen to use door dash as the delivery partner. This is the 3rd time during my membership that the order gets returned back to the club. The driver made it to my building. I live in a luxury building complex with doorman. Clean, safe. I was outside waiting for the driver since this is a recurring issue: the driver never contacted me that he was here, never got out his car and drove off with my food and marked it return to club. Bjs is unwilling to make it right besides telling us to reorder. I want my $100 fee back.Business Response

I purchased 25 items at the BJ's club in *************, ** on March 9, 2025. The cashier was distracted by something and was looking all around the store instead of focusing on scanning my items. Although I only purchased one box of Oikos Yogurt for $13.49 (before tax), the cashier double-scanned this item and I was charged twice. She also charged me twice for a bottle of Honey Mustard ($5.29, before tax). I didn't notice the discrepancy until I returned home. On March 10, I called the BJ's ***** customer service line, explained the problem to them, and they promised that the store would get back to me within two days. It's now the 13th, and I haven't heard back from the store. Today (3/13), not wanting to go back to the BJ's location that cheats its customers, I brought the receipt to ********************** ***********, ** store, but they refused to rectify the problem. I've had it with your lousy warehouse club and will NOT be renewing my membership. ****** and **** Club are both heads and shoulders above your low-class club. It was BJ's mistake, but of course, the burden is on me to correct the problem. Apparently the ************* location likes to double scan your items to enhance their bottom line at your expense. BJ's is a scammy, disreputable warehouse club that tries to get away with cheating and doesn't care about its customers. Likewise, there are so many competent people that you could hire as cashiers, who would CARE about the customer and be glad to have a job, so why are you keeping this inattentive and careless cashier who could care less about her customers? I purchased 2 diamond rings from their website. I ordered them on December 26, 2024. They were delayed in receiving them, past the date they said they would arrive. My order numbers are Order #********* Order #********* I received them and they did not fit. I asked for a return label it was back and forth and they finally sent one. I mailed them back, they received them the first part of January. I still have not received my refund. Either send me the rings in the correct size or give me my money. Placed an order on March 10th for same day delivery. The order was set to be delivered around 5pm-7pm. When the time came around 6 pm, I was waiting around my house for a knock on the door. Apparently ** uses Instacart as a third party delivery service and thats a MAJOR red flag because instacart shoppers are known to steal orders etc. so around 7 I check the app and it says delivery failed. Go to check my phone and I have one missed called. When I called it was the driver I must have missed the call. He said instacart wouldnt let him delivery it to my front door and I asked him why he didnt knock on the door. No answer. Unacceptable that the driver didnt even try to deliver me my items and probably stole them. So now Im out my money and coupons I used. and I cant even get an immediate refund because I used Klarna to pay for my order and they take days and even weeks to let go of a pending charge. So now Im out my money and my order and that was an important order as Im going across country by car and I needed my food for the trip. BJs make it right and give me a gift card for $86 dollars. My EBT benefits were stolen through ************************ and I want a refund. I tried to make a BJs instore purchase on March 5, 2025 and found there was only $1.59 on my EBT account ****************. My monthly benefits are deposited in the beginning of the month so I decided to log into my *** account to find out what happened to my benefits. That's when I discovered that someone made a $759.41 purchase with my EBT card ending in 8140 on March 4, 2025. I then logged into my BJs membership account *********** to see if the purchase shows up in my history but it isn't there. I have since reported my card as stolen but now I don't have money for groceries or formula this month to feed myself, my children, or my baby. I am seeking a refund or an in-store credit so that I can get the things I need for my family.Business Response

*********** was notified that the card was lost, and at that tine it was cancelled and a new number was ********** week after card was reported and cancelled. *********** continued to process unauthorized charges by sdding them to a new number in violation of state and Federal law. Attempting to have me pay for these unauthorized charges, on botificatio, customer service refused tocorrect,card was innediatley cancelled by cardholder. Is truly atrocious the way this bjs treats their costumers! And we pay a membership! Went to my bjs located at ************* and the rude lady in the entrance has no manners whatsoever. She yelled if we had a returned because we have empty bag in our cart! We said it's an empty bag and she kept yelling at us in front of other customers asking if we had a return! We again said no! And she kept yelling saying I don't know what you have inside the bag! Since when do customers have to give an explanation of why we have empty bags inside our carts? This is not the 1st or second encounter with this lady. She is extremely rude and obnoxious and treats customers horribly!Business Response

Unfortunately, the issue has persisted, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this **************, I picked up an order and was forced to wait over an hour for someone to bring it to my car.
