      My **** of America credit card was used for 3 different purchases at BJ's wholesale club total for around $1178 in 2 days i.e. 25th and 26th Nov 2022. It is like someone cloned my credit card and used it in bjs ************************* location for purchase. I still have my original credit card with me. I informed the issue to my **** i.e. **** of America and they didn't help me out.I went physically to BJs location At *************** ** and informed them about the scam and they were like they can't help me. I called their manager and they are like we can't find out the membership ID which was used to make the purchase using credit card and transaction details. As BJs is a membership driven store and we can't purchase without membership so I was hopeful that I will catch the culprit who used my cloned credit card illegally but the Manger of the store didn't help me. I came home and called bjs customer care and asked them for help in hope to get the membership ID associated with the purchase but they too denied to help me and asked me to talk to your **** which is **** of America in my case. I am trying to get help from **** and that too is not helping me at the moment. I am not sure what to do next as I am helpless as both merchant where my credit card was used illegally and **** is not helping.I am in business with the **** from last 5 years and this is first time I am facing this issue and the behavior of the **** makes me think that it's not worth staying loyal with **** and have done thousands of dollar of shopping but no issue and when I got into problem , **** is refusing to help.Also want to point out that business like bjs which is so big and huge don't have system in place to track transactions and fraud happened in my case. I am hoping to get some resolution and hopefully culprit will be caught and punished so that this should not happen to anyone else in future.Attaching the suspicious mail I got from **** and i Informed to **** within 30 mins of mail.

      Please email me I deleted everything because you do not have the room for my full story. they charged me interested because they refused to charge my card on a payment i had set up for February of this year **************************** interest even after i call several times to fix this. When someone wanted to help me we made an agreement to drop the interest charges altogether if i could setting the full principle and it was recorded and agreed upon. I had to skip a month of rent and get state aid to pay rent in the begining of the year so this wasnt easy to pay all at once. however, i got a bill the next month and the interest was back on my account. I have called sever times i get sooo angry all they do is transfer me after i tell them why I'm calling i ask for management and i go back and forth until they hang up on me over and over and over and over again. Now they are calling me for payment i do not owe them anything. I paid my bill and they made an agreement with me and they broke it. There is more this story it starts MAY 2021 until now DEC 2022.

      This is NOT resolved NOT resolved. I called the guy back who left me a message and he promised to call back in 24hours and never did. I do not care about the holiday he made a promise and should obeyed by his word. The issues with BJ's card is not resolved. I want BJ's to take care of this situation, commenity bank is extremely delinquent in their dealings with BJ's customers and they should never be in business. I'm now getting suspicious mailings saying my account is being transferred to a BJ's *********** account and if this happens i'm cancelling my *********** account for good!. I'm still not going to pay the interest commenity bank has created when they legally settled the account with me by taking off the $100 interest charges that they acquired by not taking my February 2022 payment just so they could tack on more charges. The interest is now over $200 and i'm still not paying it. I just called *********** and explained what is going on and what i just received. They have also been instructed of my intent to never pay it and to cancel if this happens. I want that guy to call me back until i pick up!!!!! He doesn't want to do his job i will force him to. thank you

      I joined BJ's club many years ago. When I joined I got a free Credit Card from them. I have never used their credit card. I have not been to BJ's in *** But every year BJ's charges a membership renewal to this credit card. Every year I call them and tell them to cancel my membership and to cancel the credit card. Their customer service assures me they have fixed the problem but then they still charge me for membership renewal on this credit card. I don't pay the fee off on the credit card because I do not want to be a member and I do not want their credit card. Now they say I owe them $200 for membership renewal and late fees. I need this to stop. I do not know where else to turn. I want my membership canceled and I want this credit card account to be deactivated. I do not even have their credit card in my possession any longer because I has cut it up and thrown it away.

      On November 18, 2022 I placed an online order for a Lifesmart Zero Gravity 2D Full Body Massage Chair, order #*********. The order was to be delivered within 3-5 business days and initially had an expected delivery date of November 26th. I called on November 21st to inwuire on the delivery window and I was told I would get a call to set the time window. I have since called BJ's customer service 10 times, spending approximately ***** minutes on each call trying to determine where the item is. On December 3rd I visited the local BJ's to get assistance as I was getting no help from corporate. The manager of the local BJ's called corporate to cancel the order. I was told it was cancelled and my credit card would be refunded the $631.53 within 4 business days. I have made several calls since and I have been told by BJ's corporate customer service that "they HOPE my card will be refunded". This is absolutely unacceptable, and I am asking for the refund as well as compensation for all of my time invested in resolving this issue.

Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I am not satisfied with the response from BJ's. The email I received was a request for me to call or email the company. This did not resolve the issue of being charged for an item they never intended to deliver. I have been charged interest in my credit card because the company took well over a month to refund my card. I want additional compensation for the extensive amount of my time that was involved in getting the company to even refund my credit card for merchandise that never left their warehouse. I made this purchase because the item was on sale. I ended up purchasing the same item through Amazon but it cost me $99 for shipping. I believe BJ's should compensate me for the $99 in shipping that I had to pay to revive the item from a competitor.
      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

      Date: 12/17/22 Subject: Online Delivery Yesterday my family spent over $250 worth of groceries from BJs.com to be delivered to our home at ***********************. Not only did we never receive groceries, we never even received notice that our groceries were delivered to the wrong place. We were not told that Door **** had been responsible for the delivery, as we would have never accepted their services as it has a bad reputation in my area. We then spent hours, from 9 pm to 11 pm, on hold and waiting for a representative so that we could get our groceries and were promised we would get our things if we called back in the morning. Today, 12/18/22, we spent another several hours, from the morning, until the evening, being transferred to several different departments and representatives, asking only to receive the groceries we paid for. Their response was to offer a refund or email response in 3-5 business days. My family ordered so much groceries because we needed food, especially for the small children. It is unimaginable that we have to go hungry without groceries or the money to buy them, for 3-5 days when we have been loyal customers of BJ's for years. The thought that after almost a full 24 hours of phone calls we still have not been given a simple store credit with which to buy our groceries is absurd. For Bj's to leave a card-holding member by the wayside because a negligent/dishonest doordash worker delivered the items without checking ID or the proper address. I never imagined that I could be failed by such a large and well-known company in such a way and have been distressed, hungry, and disgusted for the past two days and will be for the next business week if it is up Bj's. My family needs help and we need Bj's to fully acknowledge the travesty that this is and rectify their negligence.

      As a member of BJ's I was sent a bill to renew my membership account with them for $55.00 - Two weeks later I get a late fee notice from the charge card services that I opened with them. It has been well over a year and I never used it not once. I called for them to explain the ***** fee and the woman said it was applied to my charge card, On the phone for 30 minutes just trying to figure out that I paid my membership via my personal checking account. The best I can gather is that they (powers to be) without my permission charged this to my charge card.       I got a bill for a credit card charge that they said was for unpaid balance charges, but I had supposedly paid the bill with charges on November 7 and closed the account. This was placed on my credit report. I want the charges of $73.00refunded to me, as I have paid it so that it would be off by credit. I am so frustrated I cant even think straight.       This is a *************************** Hardtop Gazebo purchased in may 21, 2022. The Gazebo was the only Gazebo damaged from a marginal cross wind that occasionally happens.The description is listed as such:Create an outdoor gathering spot for family and friends away from the glaring sun and pesky insects with the *************************** 14' x 12' Steel Hardtop Gazebo with Netting. This 12' x 14' gazebo creates the perfect outdoor setting for any time of the year. The sturdy powder-coated galvanized steel roof provides protection from the sun and the occasional inclement weather. The rust-proof maintenance free aluminum posts with the structural strength and stability of metal construction. Set the mood by suspending a chandelier from the incorporated ceiling hook for functional light and high design. With straight-forward, easy-to-follow assembly instructions youll be relaxing in your favorite new outdoor living space for years to come. This description is clearly what I wanted and bought the Gazebo based on this description. Now after the purchased this is what BJs Wholesale is hanging their hat on below from a fine line in the assembly instructions that could not be for the product I bought that took at least 4 to 6 hours to build.Thank you for contacting BJ's Wholesale Club. I have attached the manual below. You can see that it says-"The gazebo is intended for decorative and shade purposes only, and is not designed to withstand harsh weather, including high winds, rain and snow." When a customer purchases an item, the description on said item is used to make a purchase decision not assembly instructions as because you have not purchased the item. Based on the information they are providing, it indicates that this gazebo should be install indoors or disassemble before it rain. It took 4 to 6 hours to assemble. At this point if that is what they are stating based on part of a paragraph , BJs Wholesale just sold me a product under false pretenses/false advertising .

      On 11/18/2022 I placed an online order with BJs for $484.52. A hold was placed on my bank account for that amount. A snow storm came, so BJs was unable to fulfill my order. I called a few days later after the storm and was advised that the order was too old and could not be fulfilled and to ********** a new order. I waited until the old hold dropped off and placed a new order. The new hold was then placed on my account AND the old hold came back. The new order was fulfilled and the old hold dropped off after a few days. Since then the hold has come back 4 more times. Unauthorized and for no reason. I have complained to BJs and they have not fixed the problem. This continues to happen. This has overdrafted my account twice and caused immense stress. The holds need to stop, and BJs owes me $90 in overdraft fees.
