      12/01/2021 213.07+2.24=215.31 I contacted bjs multiple times that I don't need to continue the membership card because they don't handle the case, resulting in multiple late payments. 05/06/22 bjs guaranteed money back $188 10-18day.I Haven't received payment yet. 12/01/2022 bjs company automatically renews membership card again.And my membership card has been expiration date. 12/14/22 They only handle 12/01/22 ?My bjs membership card 097-4-4624-256 track the number ******* ?

      Does bjs recognize that my membership card has already expired in 2021. Then why I paid for my membership card and it still can't be used. bjs has to give a suitable reason. You solved it so simply and rudely.The credit card did not send money to your company, defrauding you and more of your member consumers, and you should pay more attention to the time I spent on providing materials.

      I placed an order online for 3-$50 ****** Gift cards online 12/11/22 for $145.47. I placed another ****** Gift Card order on 12/12/22 for $500 and paid $473.99; this item was received 12/16/22. I called on 12/17/22 for the status of the Gift Cards placed on 12/11/22 and was given a Reference # of ******* as they had not been shipped yet and were "lost". Advised the representative I needed them for Christmas gifts, I was assured I would get them in time.       Purchased tires that included free flat repair/replacement in June 2022 at this location. On December 23rd I contacted, *********************, who is allegedly the manager of the tire center who said that he couldn't take a look at it until December 28th. He said to bring the vehicle at 9am (when they open.) I arrived at 9am & was met with a rather hostile Rich who told me that I'd agreed to leave my vehicle all day (for a simple flat repair.) He claimed that BJ's corporate instructs them to not make appointments for flat repairs & that customers have to leave their vehicle for the entire day and they'll get to it when they can. This is a ridiculous policy & shows no regard for people's time. I sat in my vehicle and cried while I watched ***************** back & forth in the tire center because there were no customers or vehicles getting tires.

      I have had the worst customer experience with ********************. In November for Black Friday I ordered a ******* 75 inch Tv. Order number ********* It was delivered on Dec 8 and would not turn on. Its too big for me to return to store so their courier service was scheduled to do the return. The item was picked up by AIT # ********on December 14th it is not Dec 28th and I still do not have refund - this is 700 being held hostage by BJs over Christmas break - absolutely disgusting and further instead of offering me a replacement I had to repurchase the item - so I just went to Best Buy I would never do any business with BJs again since I still dont have my refund

      I paid to renew my business membership on 12/04/22 in the *******, ** location. On the same day in the ******, ** location someone falsely 'voluntarily' cancelled the membership, which included over thirty supplemental memberships. All of the memberships have been deactivated and I have tried calling the *******, ** location who told me only the ******, ** location could fix it. I have also called the customer service number several times with the issues being escalated but no one could tell me why it was ever cancelled, why BJ's kept my membership fees paid but also keeping all of the other supplemental members fees, and yet refuse to reactivate my current memberships or provide a new one. I think this membership was fraudulently cancelled without my consent and fees kept by the company.

      I purchased 2 **'s (65' & 75') on Black Friday, 11/26, only 1 ** (65') was delivered. When that ** was delivered, I knew it was going to be a problem because the 65' tv was delivered on the wrong tracking number. That day, the 75' was supposed to be delivered. I signed the receipt saying, "this is not the 75' being delivered, this is the 65' that was delivered". I have been on the phone for weeks trying to see where that ** is. I told them I bought those **'s and needed them before Christmas. It was later told to me the ** went missing while moving through transit. They never tried to get me another ** before christmas. I even said I will go into the store and pick it up. All they told me was no, they can't do that. Never giving me any solutions for their mistake!!! Everytime I had to call BJ's to figure out what was going on. I had to run out and buy another **, just so I would have one for Christmas day for all my guests. Now I'm trying to get a refund for that ** and, I'm not even getting that!!! They keep saying they have to send an email, but ***** is responding to the reps ****** in escalation!!! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ** THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, THAT SOMEONE EITHER IN BJ'S STOLE OR THE DELIVERY COMPANY THEY HAVE CONTRACTED WITH STOLE!!!! I have been more than patient with BJ's with no resolution. I even sent an email to the *** with no answer either! It is now more than 3 weeks since the 1st ** was delivered, trying to find out where my 2nd ** was.

      My father placed this order for me on 12/16/22 for a set of for tires and installation totaling ****** on my **** debit card ending in **** for future dates appointment on 12/28. I had $****** debited from my account not once but twice on 12/16 totaling $1,884.24. I immediately called BJs asked why I was charged twice and requested to cancel and give back both charges since they charged me twice. Then on 12/23 I was again chargers debited yet another $******. I am livid as I thought this had been canceled and now I am yet out another $****** which now totals &$2826.36 that has been taken from my bank account without my request. I would like my money refunded to me immediately. Every time I contact BJs they put me on hold or transfer me to someone else who is unable to tell me why I have been charged 3 times or had over $3,000 deducted from my checking account. I want my money refunded asap.

      I have been a member with bjs for over 10 years and after the continued altercations I have had with bjs I took my membership card and ripped it up in the store and threw it in the garbage. Never have I ever had to deal with such unprofessional workers for the years I have been a member of bjs. I was in an unfortunate accident last year where I broke my back in 2 places and suffered brain bleeds along with other health issues that have debilitated me now I went to bjs a few months back and needed help getting cases of water into the shopping cart and out to my vehicle where I was laughed at and told they dont help customers with items to there vehicle so I had to lift very heavy products into the back of my vehicle I guess Publix is the only store that has great customer service. I still continued to shop there even after the way I was treated. I had other altercations after and still went back to shop. If there were other locations closer to me I would never go back to this ************* location because theyre nasty and unprofessional. I went last week to shop and didnt realize my membership expired. The lady at customer service told me sorry we cant help you and proceeded to tell me I had to leave my groceries there and they would not help me purchase the items under the membership because I didnt have my card on hand to renew the membership. I have called customer service twice and no compensation or help. So I went to ****** where they offered me a test membership at no cost. Bjs should take notes on Cosco customer service where there customers are treated way better than how bjs treats there customers.

      On Oct 30, 2022, I renewed my membership dues to BJ's Wholesale Club for $55 plus tax. On Nov 19, 2022, I called customer service and said I had so many offers in the mail to renew for $25. **************** said they would be happy to give me my membership for $25, so they cancelled the old membership for $55 plus tax and charged me $25 plus tax for a new membership with a new number. I was told I would be refunded for the $55 plus tax but to date, after many, many phone calls have not gotten my refund. I have emails from them saying the membership is cancelled but no refund. It's over a month and I have called so many times but no refund.

      I have work at BJ's for 4 week with out receiving a check. When I talk to the HR person to inquire about my check with at this point I have 3. She just says they are in the mail and come from out of state and when I ask can she track them she say they are in ******* mail. I just want to get my pay checks that I worked for Christmas is on Sunday and I don't even have money to buy my daughter gifts after really going to work and working a job so please any help you may give me I would gladly appreciate it have a happy holidays.
