      BJs at *************************************************** They have the worst customer service possible, they dont care at all for the people on line, and dont you dare to call, no one answers, the call goes back to the recording over and over, they are too busy talking to each other. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY YOU ARE RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS. No wonder this BJs is most of the time empty. I have been a customer for decades and I think I will cancel the membership. ITS NOT WORTHY!!!!!!

      If I could leave negative stars I would. Long story short. Ordered and paid for 4 tires. The tires never came, it's over a week and still have not received my money back. Called corporate (so I thought according to their website) the person I spoke to was in ******** (as in South *******) absolutely no help what so ever. When I told customer service I was canceling my membership, their response was..cool. I ended up calling the attorney general as well as my bank. BJs is not concerned at all with good service. After 11 years we're done. Bye BJs hello ***'s club....
