      Don't ever go to their **** center in *******- ** location and do not deal with an employee named " *****"... Beware of him !! he will curse at you, ask you to Get out of the store, has ZERO professional skills and is a worthless individual. He has no customer service skills what so ever...This has been brought to the store manager's attention and sadly enough there has been no follow up from management either- Seems like BJ's has no value for their customers and it's in their professional trait to treat Customers like Craap...I am pursuing a legal action against them for harassing & threatening a customer.....Not surprised at the reviews as everyone has rated them at the lowest.......

      BJ's Wholesale Club Charged my credit card for an automatic membership renewal that I did not authorize. When I called them the representative said that have no knowledge of my account. After talking on the phone for twenty minutes they said that they would refund my payment but that it would take up to 10 busines days.

      I have been shopping at BJs Wholesale for many years. Last year I purchased a 7 piece ***************** patio set. We stored the set in our shed over the winter. When we took the table out the tabletop was cracked. I have reached out to BJs customer service who then reached out to the manufacturer to see about getting a new tabletop and I was told that its not covered under the warranty. The set is only 1 year old. Im very dissatisfied with the product and manufacturer for not standing behind their product. Might not shop there anymore.

      Received Food item that had been eaten by a Mouse/Rat. I called the location within an hour or receiving my groceries, called repeatedly and no one from ***** Services ever picks up the phone. I have emailed and it has been 2 days and no resolution, or reply other than asking me for my member number. This is an unnerving and unacceptable situation, and that no one from the store has even bothered to try to reach out to resolve the matter, or even fulfill my request for a refund for such an unsanitary experience, is unprofessional. I want a refund for my item and an apology from the store.

      I shop at the BJs club in *********************** and The staff are very helpful and polite. There is a woman who has checked me out a few times and she is wonderful!! Her name is ******. She is *********************, kind and efficient.Thank you Birdie.********

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Whatever you do please do not order from them. I placed an order with them three months ago. I never received the item and was told that the item got lost in the warehouse, I was then told that I would get a refund within **** business days. Here it is three months later and they are telling me that they still have to prove that the item was lost but they can clearly see that it was never shipped. They took my money out of my account the same day I ordered it and I am still waiting on an approval from management to approve my refund. You are not allowed to talk to anyone in management. I WISH I COULD RATE IT A ZERO.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

      This business will not take phone calls. Cancelled my credit card and never notified me. I found out when my card was declined at a local business where I have 2 grandchildren that work there.

      After being a member for 1 year, I decided NOT to re join. For over ****************************************************************** their re join and we'll give you $$ free off your purchase. **** ********** harnessed me in this manner, they under stood, STOP, or NO. If you want something they have, either fing a neighbor , friend or relative that's a member and have them buy what you want, OR ALWAYS pay in cash and if you have to , give a fake mail to address in their form.I wish their was a 1/2 star or NO stars

      Renewed My membership on the self-checkout, came to find out I paid for the renewal but it shows Inactive in the system and your Employees have no clue on how to solve this issue, Been a member for over 20 years. Spends over a 500k and they don't give a ****. Costo here I come.

      I was in the ***********, ** club on July 27, 2022 at approximately 11:15 am. I went to **************** and a man was unloading boxes behind the counter. He retreated through the double doors and never returned. My husband and I thought that he was a stock person as opposed to **************** worker. We continued shopping in the food area. A few minutes later we saw the same man return to ****************, put on his apron and proceeded to assist a customer. As we approached, he put a sign on the counter, Deli closed for 15-minute break. My husband and I looked at each other and realized that it was not a coincidence, but that this deli worked didnt want to serve us. I saw another man leave the back area, and his name tag made reference to some type of manager. We asked him who was in charge of the deli. He responded that we all are kinda in charge of the deli. Can I help you? We explained that this man behind the deli ignored us the first time, and closed the counter the second time. He offered to get us what we wanted from ****************. By this point, we had no desire nor did we trust anything that came from that deli counter, or from the employee that was working. This manager went back to the deli and had a conversation with the deli worker. We continued shopping. On our next pass near that aisle, the sign was still on the counter, and the deli worker is helping a different customer. I am black, my husband is white, the two customers that were helped at **************** while we watched were both white. In a perfect world we would think that race had absolutely nothing to do with our treatment (or lack thereof). However, we know that the world is not perfect, and this is one more example of how people are treated differently. If people choose to be racist, DONT have a career that would put you in the path of people that you cannot tolerate. BJ's is responsible for vetting their employees.
