    I purchased an engine for a *** 750 as well as a transmission for a Land Rover R2. This company Ready to Start Auto Parts guarantees that all of the parts that are sold are inspected and tested before they ship out products. As explained by the sales rep on the first call. The parts that were sold and shipped to me were clearly not tested. The engine for the *** had a hole that the company tried to repair by process of welding. The engine was installed and upon the first crank/start the engine began to leak oil again. Basically, Ready to Start Auto Parts sold me a crappy, non-functioning, broken engine. The transmission that Ready to Start Auto Parts sold and shipped to me for the Land Rover R2 is also a bad transmission and not functioning properly. I have made several attempts to receive a refund for the engine and I would also like a refund for the transmission as well. I have been going back and forth with representatives from this company regarding a refund and I have been given the run around and they continue to prolong and drag out this process and refuse to give me a full refund for these broken and non-functioning parts. I have called and sent emails to try and resolve this problem but to no avail and no success. The company's representatives even tried to harass and bully me into paying a restocking fee and shipping fee to return the dysfunctional parts that should have never been sold and shipped out to anyone to begin with. I have had to pay double in labor for the installation and removal of the broken engine and to have a working/functioning engine installed to replace the broken engine that Ready to Start Auto Parts sent me. I would like for the company to pick up their broken parts and issue me a full refund .

    Hi *****************, we apologise about the terrible experience. Our customer service team is in touch with you and the return of the engine has been initiated. It should be reaching us in a couple of days post which your refund is going to be processed. We haven't received any complaint on the transmission yet as we checked, the transmission is out of warranty. You had time until the 07/27 to claim any warranty on the transmission. Again, please reach out to our customer service team for any further queries.

    5/2/2022- price was ****. This is probably the worst company to ever do business with! The workers there are incompetent. I ordered an engine from there. It took about a month and a half. And during that whole time they were telling me they would send it out the day after I would call and check to see if it was done! Then they would lie again and say oh its getting QUALITY checked. It took them 3 weeks just to check the engine and send over pictures. When I received the engine. It had noticeable damage to the block, the 3rd injector was bad as well as injector harness. There were broken clips and harnesses. I called the company to let them know. They were thinking I was lying so I sent them pictures. I had been told by the warehouse supervisor they would reimburse me $100 and it would be in my account in 10 business days. I waited 15 business days and still didnt receive anything. I called again and then talked to who I believe was the corporate manager of the warehouse. He told me Ill make sure that gets sent over right now.. and here we are in the end of July. He had told me that over a month ago. And still have received nothing. I would personally look for a different company to buy an engine from. Especially if you want a good engine with good customer service and communication. Im honestly disgusted by the lies I was being fed during the whole process.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I also wanted to state their whole business model is to buy a used engine and just put it in and youre ready to start! Ive literally had to put an extra $1700 on top of what I paid for the engine just to get the engine to turn over. Ive wasted a whole lot of money with a business that is just super scammy.

We see that our warranty department has worked with you on a claim and have come to an agreement of a settlement of a $150. Although this part doesn't fall under the warranty and is a bolt on part or an accessory, we're going ahead and processing the refund. The receipt of the same shall reach your email.

    The business said they would send me back $150 but still have yet to do so. They were also telling me if I dont take the review on ****** down then theyre not going to send anything
