    ******************* made the whole process very bearable. He was helpful and even answered my random calls with my random questions! The engine I ordered arrived promptly and seems to be in working condition (havent dropped it in the car yet). ********* told me to leave this review, so I guess give her some credit where its due ????????????????

    Ordered a transmission for my **** **** Escape. I initially called in December and was still on the fence, when I called back in January to order it, all my info. was saved from last time. Good customer service, the representative confirmed it was the correct transmission for the v6 2wd, since there are various different transmission options for that vehicle. They emailed me pictures of the exact transmission they were sending out and confirmed my approval before sending it. The representative told me they've been in business for 18 years with warehouses all over the U.S. He also reassured me all of their transmissions are inspected twice and they try not to sell defective parts since they pay for the shipping. Shipping took about 3 days longer than **** day time that was promised. The distribution facility received my transmission on Friday 1/26 and told me it would be delivered Monday 1/29 with no time window provided. On 1/29 I tried calling the facility twice and left a voicemail, nobody followed up with me. The transmission was dropped off on 1/29 towards the end of day, but nobody followed up with me until the next day. I had to call the mechanic to find out it was delivered.

    Just wanted to give a shout-out to RTS Automotive for helping me get my mothers Chrysler 300 back on the road by selling a good used motor and making sure this experience was worry free they touched base with me everyday up until I received the motor all the way up unti it was installed and the car was back on the road again thanks again for making this such a pleasant experience
