    I received my property in a very short time (4 day's) I was provided pictures beforehand. *** was an excellent help, he kept checking to insure everything was alright, I just picked up my car and it is *************. Hat's off to Rio and the Company.

    When my van needed a rransmission my first ****** search directed me to "Ready to start auto parts" It was a God send. I spoke to a sales representative named *********. She was very polite and she offered me fast service. At a good price!! Best deal i found was the first onrs i calledI searched other places but by far rts out did all of them. I'm giving 6 star service in price. Quality,and fastest shipping. ******** is the winner for me

    I ordered a transmission from them 12-19-2023 and they are barely telling me today that they do not have the part for the amount that they originally sold it to me for. My car is been sitting at the shop waiting and Im getting charged storage fees and I still have no part or my money back I am beyond upset with there service!

    I purchased a used engine for my truck and was informed, the engine had ****** miles on it.I contacted this business after the purchase requesting legal documentation of proof that this engine only had ****** miles on it.They stated they has no such proof but was told to them by the auctioning company of the mileage.So I have no idea as to what the actual mileage is on this engine!I DO NOT recommend this company.Unwillingness to supply expected legal documentation falls on fraudulent ears!
