    I ordered a transmission from rts and the sent me 2 broken transmissions and now won't refund my money.

    Just be ********* pretty sure this site is a scam. They offered me an engine for my jeep, ****** miles for $975. I called back two days later and they offered me a engine with ****** miles for $850 which doesnt make sense then after checking with the Better Business Bureau it tells me that they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and you can never speak to an actual person that works there. It all goes through a call center, and after reading the complaints, which there are a lot of love, I would not be comfortable spending that kind of money. Once again, I am not 100% sure of this, but it just doesnt feel right.

    I purchased an engine for a 2006 Dodge Dakota in December 2022 from this company, and they assured me that the engine was inspected and damaged-free. When my mechanic received the engine, he notified me that the engine had a broken motor mount. I contacted Ready To Start Auto Parts and informed them of the situation. They informed me that they would reimburse me the $100 my mechanic was charging me to repair the motor mount. I followed all of the procedures they requested in order to receive my reimbursement. Yet, it is seven months later, and after dozens of telephone calls made to the company requesting my refund, I still have not received it. I spoke to a representative named "Joey" *** claimed.) two weeks ago, and he assured me that I would receive my reimbursement in three days. I still have not received it.This is my second bad review of this company that I have posted, and I will continue to do so until they give me my reimbursement. They knew the engine was damaged when it left their facility.Save your excuses and send me my money! You either have a very antiquated accounting system, or you are just plain crooks.*****************************

    This company is withholding my funds in the amount of $2616.00 for a 05 Mini ****** 5 speed manual transmission. They sent the wrong part twice to my mechanic and a 1 of managers literally extortion me over the phone telling me to stop the dispute with my bank and allow the company to issue me a refund along with paying $276 and he stated they will not pickup the transmission until I do so. They have ignored my bank emails etc regarding this matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

    I am not happy with rts autoparts it started out pleasant then it went down hill with customer service. I order my transmission on June 9 2023 it was suppose to take eight to nine business days in which it took almost seventeen to nineteen days that was inconvenience. When I call to check on my tracking of the transmission I got run around my husband and I would messages for someone to call ** finally got a tracking number we was expecting it to come from the ************* area in fact it came from ********* I was not told they shipped from the west coast at all until I asked them. I am very disappointed in this company.

    After looking for a part for like 2 weeks these guys had the part for a great price and shipped halfway across the country in less then a week. Undoubtedly the best customer service experience ever

    Excellent service, super fast shipping time. Courteous staff, very professional and care about the products. So far there are no issues regarding the transmission. One link that was sent to be entered for $500.00 did not work. Got a 404 error.

    I ordered a transmission it took 3 weeks to arrive. We had it installed and the problem was not fixed. They called a few weeks later to tell us that they sent ** one that was not working properly (duh, we could already tell) now they send an email about a refund but are trying to go e the refund to the person that loaned me the money. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
