    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENNCE EVER. THY SOLD.ME AN ENGINE THAT DOES NOT WORK....THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $500 TO SEND THE ENGINE BACK....THEY ARE A COMPLETE.SCAM! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD

    I was a little optimistic at first, worried lol. But when my VW engine arrived at the shop, it all change!! These guys were great. Very knowledgeable about products, very professional, great service and great customer service. If you need it RTS will get it to you. And by the way, great prices.     The worst shopping experience of my life. Scam. Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased an engine from them. I paid over $1000 to have it installed and it didn't work. Every time I called for a shipping label the company wanted something else from me. I opened a dispute with my bank but the only way to get my money back was for me to pay to ship the item back. The guy at the company even said that his manager tested the engine himself. Come to find out that the engine was shipped from ************** and they're based in MA. Liars. Scammers. Run from them.

    Overall, Im very happy with the service at ready to start auto parts. ********* especially was very helpful. She kept me in the loop every step of the way after I ordered my transmission. Its been installed by my local mechanic and it runs perfectly. I purchased one with ****** miles on it, and it looked very nice when I received it. Nearly new.
