Horrible horrible horrible. Took hours for a return call. Then they said I had to stay with my car in order for it to get towed. Said a tow would there at 9am. So we waited. I had 3 small children with me. In the middle of no where. At 840am... received another call stating that they are unable to locate a tow company. By 10am they found someone. Took them 15 hours. For ************************** the middle of no where with 3 small children!!! Then they tried towing my car to a shop that no longer existed. I had to deal with that mess. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible service the technician damaged my battery during service which resulted in me having to replace my battery and they refuse To reimburse me for the damage. Claiming that the incident didnt happen. when they were two witnesses who witnessed the incident, they never even reached out to them for statements. The person responsible for handling the claim was not empathetic at all and insinuated I was lying about the event when I provided more than enough information, including pictures and a receipt for the incident.

When I called State Farm roadside assistance, Agero sent a tow truck from Quality Towing on State Farm's behalf. My car bumper and tailpipe were damaged during the towing process. State Farm had me file the claim through Agero. I had to fill out a long form, take my car in for a repair quote, and submit photos. It was all in vain because Agero denied the claim. Why? Because the tow truck driver submitted photo "evidence" that the damage was there before the tow. When I asked to see the photo, they said I had to ask for it from my insurance company. It's not their policy to show it. ??The tow truck driver took a photo AFTER the damage occurred and passed it off as pre-existing damage. I am APPALED. Quality Towing caused $1200 damage to my car and Agero is complicit in the scam.

Agero Roadside assistance is NOT reliable. The service provider requested a tow on my behalf through my auto insurance, State Farm. I paid the service fee IMMEDIATELY and received a ***** min wait time. After 90 minutes the tow truck did not arrive. I called the tow company who extended the pick up for ***** minutes. I called after this time, they confirmed another 30 minutes. I called Agero who apologized. At 11:30 pm, 2.5h after my original request, they apologized. Agero suggested I could find my own provider and pay out of pocket. I suggested they dispatch another provider. I learned that another provider could come pick up my car THE NEXT DAY. I received an offer for an 8:30am pickup. They did not offer anything but to let me wait in a parking lot, alone, for another 9hours or to open my wallet to find and pay for my own tow. I accepted the next day offer and found a ride home TO DRIVE BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR A TOW. A follow up call gave me an offer of 50% reimbursement because they met their commitment to find a tow never mind the service was provided 12 HOURS LATER, the next day. I had to find a ride home and a ride back. But they provided a service.

Called to get a tow or battery jump and waited over 2 hours for a tow to come out. dispatch for Agero must have given a wrong address because they were 45 minutes in the opposite direction. They have terrible agents. I order help on my own after waiting for numerous tows that Agero ordered because I was tired of relying on others. The insurance companies should stop working with these morons. They dont care about the stranded person even tho thats the message they send out and they enter in the wrong reason why people cancel the *** or tow-they say *** (gone upon arrival) which is not the case because my car was in the same spot. We waited for hours and its not warm out. Super upset and disappointed. Definitely telling others to opt out of insurance company *** coverage. Make sure to have AAA.

I feel like I have been scammed by progressive. I called them to tow my audi. They sent me to agero. Agero sent out this local tow company called Gotta Go Towing LlC out of ***********************. They came a put my car on a dolly which tore the lining under my car off a when they picked it up the are on the truck crushed my radiator an it cost over $3000 to fix. It has been almost two months an agero has not paid me. They have not even contacted me to tell me anything about the claim. This company needs to be investigated. I am hiring a lawyer ****. Do not use this company and progressive is trash.

This how now been the 15th time I have contacted this company and they have yet again said that someone will contact me in ************************************************************************************************** supervisor on call and that the request has been put in for a call back. This is unacceptable. I have not had a vehicle since February 12th. Today is March 18th. This company has all the proof that the tow company Gotta Go Towing llc damage my car and they have not paid me for it. They have not even reached out to me to notify me what is going on with my case.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Requested a tow twice in one day and just flat out didn't show, in either case. First request made a day in advance and second at minimum 8 hours in advance. Many experiences with them with other insurance companies and all of them have been bad. Their arrival time maps are a joke. Said the truck was 8 mins away, after waiting two hours, then all of a sudden all of the info ETA details disappeared. Ask your insurance company if this is their roadside assistance provider and if it is, decline the coverage. Pay the extra and go with AAA.Warned ya.

Called to have a car towed out from 15 ft from the highway and was told from this company I had to call and get my own truck driver instead of them doing what nationwide was paying them to do! This company is a issue and should be looked at from multiple aspects to see why the can't do what they promised to do.
