      I ordered a vacuum 7 WEEKS ago. It still has not shipped. They told me two weeks ago that it would be resolved in 3-5 days. It was not. They told me 10 days ago that it would definitely ship within the week. It did not. Today they told me again that the order is processing so can not be canceled and that the correct department will resolve the issue in 3-5 days. Yeah. Right. I will never receive this vacuum, and the model I purchased is no longer even available on their website. I am sure they do not have it and are not owning up to that fact. I do not recommend this company at all. Hard pass.

      I didnt even have this ninja for a year and it stopped working. My $20 blender Ive used far longer and for every blend for over 3 years and has lasted me longer. Will never spend over $200 on this brand again. Didnt get a warranty because Id figure for that price it should work well but to my disappointment, I regret it. Still cant believe my $20 blender lasted longer. Wont even bother calling with all these negative reviews. Do better.

      I bought a ninja creami breeze on 6/18/23, it did not work upon arrival I returned it and ordered the 11 in 1 on 6/24/23. Today is 7/3/23 and it has not shipped. I called and they said it should ship out by the end of the week, but that was last week and nothing. They sold me a product they do not have.

      I brought a ninja oven last year and now it has stopped working completely. Their only thing was they could offer 30%0ff you are serious. That's still pretty much full price for the ninja to possibly do the same thing. I've seen a review where they send the oven and not the components and the customer just paid shipping. They had ********************** on the call! In the video! I love Ninja devices but this has just put a bad taste in my mouth dealing with this. I have several other ninja devices and I'm like this is how you do your costumers?? I need a better resolution than me buying a completely new device! I could see if it was 2 years but this isn't the case. You all need to do better by your customers who rave on your products!

      I purchased an AI robot vacmop, model RV2610WA. Seven months after purchase the mop stopped pumping water. I tried all the troubleshooting options, and the issue was not resolved. In the troubleshooting guide, if your problem isnt resolved, they recommend calling a Shark rep who will professionally evaluate and fix your problem.Im very disappointed with the customer service. All their customer service does is repeatedly walk me through the basic home troubleshooting tips! This is NOT in any way a professional evaluating the problem and trying to fix it! And their live chat messages theyve sent will never connect to my device so they can even take a look at the device. This robot is still under warranty for service, but they just give me the run around and *** spent hours playing phone tag with customer service. Seems they dont care to honor the warranty, even to fix one faulty part.

      I used to RAVE about Shark products. Their vacuums, blenders, everything I tried out-performed their competitors. But they failed with the FlexStyle and Customer "Support." I registered my product on the website but the ONLY way to get help is to call support. I called support and the agent sounded like they were on a remote dirt road, hundreds of miles away from a cell tower. I could barely understand ANY words through the breaking up of the phone line and what I did get was impossible to piece together and understand.Now I'm stuck with an almost $300 product with zero product support.

      Purchased a Ninja dual brew pro coffee maker. Unfortunately my husband had an accident with the carafe. I tried the contact telephone# for Ninjakitchen.ca, it does not work although on the website.. This is supposed to be for returns, support, etc. Decided i would have to try ******* contact so went through contact usat Shark Ninja using Email, requesting a number in ****** to contact for ordering a new Carafe., they replied and told me the part# i needed and to go through the online chat, after waiting for 5/6 mins on there with no agent, gave up. Phoned ******* contact #, eventually an agent told me the replacement carafe was only available in *******. When i filled out the order form it was $24.99 usd + $10.00 usd S&H. Ok. Then because it was a ******** address it was an extra $35usd surcharge for international shipping and $7.99usd taxes. Meaning over $100 cdn for a replacement carafe. Why?? My Ninja products have been shipped from ***** **, ******. For the cost of a new carafe i can buy a cheap coffee maker from another brand. Absolutely terrible customer service. Very disappointed in ********************, products great. while they work, but forget support, or any customer service in ******, no contact #. email or chat for ******** customers although listed on the web site.

      I ordered a vacuum in may 23rd, standard shipping stated, no back order stated when order was placed. Several days 8 days to be exact went by with no shipping email so I called customer service to get information. They told me oh well the vacuum is back ordered and will be an additional 2-3 weeks before item ships. How come the website allows me to place an order of an item isnt available????? I was then promised 6 different times on the phone by 6 different people included 3 supervisors that my order would ship out . In 1 week, then 2 days then 2-3 weeks ???? I ordered from shark website because they offered a big discount, I will never order from them ever again because of this issue !! I will pay more and go elsewhere. They make a bunch of promises but its all lies. They stated 4 times I will have this call escalated and nobody ever called me back, I had to call back !! So it is currently day 13 and 7 phones from myself. I have requested my a refund and they refuse to give me my money back because it order states pending . They were sure quick to take my money but not give what I ordered ! I have been refused a refund now 4 times by the supervisors I have spoke with ! I am stuck at this point with no vacuum and out over $300 !!!!!!!! Shark ninja do better.

      The Ninja Foodi ********** Blender seems like a neat product; however, my blender had a faulty "Pulse" function. I called SharkNinja and demonstrated the problem over their video function. The representative was going to send me a new base; however, he then said that was not available but he could send an entire new unit if I cut the cord to my blender on the video link. Not wanting to be out of even a partially-functioning blender for long, I asked the representative to confirm that the full unit was in stock. The representative confirmed, multiple times, that the unit was in stock and that I would receive it within 3-5 business days. So, I cut the cord on my faulty blender and provided my credit card information to pay for $23.10 of shipping (all good to this point!). It's now been 10 business days and my unit has only just shipped and isn't expected to arrive until June 9th (16 business days). I've had to contact SharkNinja multiple times over the past 2 days to try to get a refund for this shipping and am repeatedly told that there is nothing they can do as the charge goes to ***** (however, SharkNinja appears on my credit card statement) and the warranty states that they do not cover shipping. They also said the first representative was wrong about the shipping times and if the product was in stock. If a representative was wrong and assured a customer that a certain service would be provided, SharkNinja should honor that and if they cannot, they should honor my request for the shipping refund as I paid for a service that I did not receive in the stated timeframe. While there are friendly people at customer service, it is incredibly frustrating to speak with them as they continually say "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do" - even the managers. This experience will make me avoid all SharkNinja products in the future so I don't have to deal with their faulty products and ineffective customer service.
