      I got a ninja 6 in 1 air fryer in April 2023 and the right side didnt cook food. Well I called to see what could be done and the man on the phone was very helpful and told me I would get a new base sent to me because that sounded like the issue. Well the base arrived and it wasnt the correct color (why do I want an air fryer thats two different colors?? I called and asked for the correct color base to be sent or baskets because I should be able to have an air fryer that matches because that is what was paid for. This time the man on the phone was not helpful and said he couldnt do that, I couldnt speak to a manager and I would have to pay $30 per basket if I wanted it to match, I cant begin to explain how aggravating it is to not get what was paid for and no help from the company, I love my ninja products but will not be buying anymore because of the horrible customer service. I paid for a matching air fryer that works not one that is two different colors. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

      I bought a Shark VacuumMop and it stopped working two months later. (I had another Shark item that also stopped working within a few months).After looking at reviews online I saw that many people had the same issue.I called customer service and they said they would replace it in 3-5 days.Its been over two weeks and they haven't shipped a replacement.I called again and the customer service person was extremely rude and said it was already shipped and that I would receive the item in 3-5 days. I asked for the tracking number and she said they do not have one. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there is no supervisor. Shark products are filled with technical and mechanical problems and their customer service is horrible. I will never buy another shark product again!

      They may sell good vacuums, but their business practices are unethical and shoddy. I called to order a robotic, vacuum/mop. They told me I had to take a vacation and leisure package. I told them repeatedly that I didnt want it. now Im trying without success to cancel the expensive product. I dont want. I dont trust this company at all..

      They make you have to fight, and threaten, and work every inch of the way to make a warranty claim. Their A+ BBB rating, but only one star customer review average tells you they'll make you fight to get what you deserve. I have had to do so with TWO of their products. THe first was their Ninja Foodi 10-in-1. After three months of purchasing it, it started throwing error messages that the lid wasn't on right, when it was. This culminated one morning in it making a buzzing sound, the smell of electricity / negative ions in the air and visible smoke. I quickly unplugged the thing and put it out of the house. And with no more information than just that, they tried to accuse me of having done something to it to cause it. Only after two discussions with a supervisors and a threat of small claims court did they agree to replace it. The second item was a gifted (since I would never buy anything from them again) food processor. Barely two months after receiving it, the processor bowl started to leak from the center where the spindle is attached. I was told that only the motor base was covered by the warranty and not accessories - even though the bowl came with the food processor, and is required to use the processor, and that I'd have to shell out $50 to buy a new bowl."But wait, if I buy just the bowl as an accessory on your website, it says it comes with a 60 day return or replace, but the same bowl, sold with the unit, doesn't have any coverage?"Caught in the stupidity of it all the rep. reluctantly still tried to stick with that story, and asked how I'd like to pay for the order of a new bowl. "I don't think so. I have my gift receipt - I'll just return all of it back to Amazon.""Oh, but if you'd like to wait, I can check and see if there might something else I can do.." she replied.Then is when I was told what I should have gotten without all the stupidity - that a new bowl would be FedExed to me n 3-5 days, free of charge. Such a shady, third-world company.

      I no longer trust this company. I purchased a vacmop robot vacuum on Black Friday in hopes it would make my like easier as I have a neuromuscular disease and it hasnt worked properly at all. I tried to email them (calling people isnt feasible when my condition causes slurred speech) and they never replied to my concerns. Look for a more reputable company that takes care of their customers.

      I have not been able to register my NINJA FOODI DIGITAL PRO AIR FRY OVEN upgraded from the previous smaller model. Happy with it, BUT What happened with the "air fry basket" ?Uglyyy!Whas that an afterthought, like the Creation of ***!It looks like you have tried to fix a last minute mistake.

      O ordered a bowl for my Ninja IQ food processor and they shipped me the incorrect bowl my order was for the BL642 and the one they sent me they did not have in stock at the time so they decided to shop me a bowl for a different model that would not even work on mine so I called them and the customer service rep told me that they were out of stock at the time so that I would have to ship the incorrect bowl back and place another order for the model that I was looking for but they didnt have it in stock so I decided to go to Target where I had purchased the first Ninja and bought another model they didnt have the first model that I previously had purchased years ago and that that model was discontinued so ninja decided only to refund me for the part only. Not very happy most of my appliances from shark vacuum to kitchen appliances were ninja in the future I will have to look for something else and Not recommend these ninja products anyone

      I purchased a 10 in 1 air air fryer oven. Everything went great until day 366 of owning this. Suddenly I get an error message Er6. I contacted them, and since I am out of warranty, they offered a 50% off code. While this might seem like a suitable option, I do not wish to waste money on another one of their appliances that do not last past the warranty period. They also didnt have information on that code. Which I find to be bogus, as they created the code in the first place. I will NEVER buy another ninja product. The customer service person was very rude stating not sure what you want you were given the best offer. At this point I dont want their product, I want to know what that code means and why they refuse to divulge that information. I have no intent on buying from them in the future. Will only replace this with a. Cuisinart.

      Negative rating if I could. I ordered an extra set of containers with different color lids for my ninja creami. When I received the order we cleaned them by hand and then proceeded to make ice cream. However, when I got to the green lid it was defective and would not seal at all on any containers that I had. So I called ninja as per Amazon request to get a lid that works. When I got a hold of ninja customer service, it was going well and he was putting in the request for a replacement and then he said it would be $8.95 for shipping. I said what?? He stated in order for a new lid to be sent out I had to pay for shipping, what??? I responded with you sent me a defective lid and now I have to pay a ridiculous shipping charge for you to make it right and send me what I had originally paid for?? A working product that I had no hand in making. So let me get this straight I ordered a product from you and it does work so I have to pay shipping for you to hopefully send me a working product??? THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER'S AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

      If I could give a zero rating I would!!! The Ninja air fryer **** was actually smoking when I was on a video call with their customer service "specialist" and I was promised that someone would call me back with a resolution. We are now on day 7 with no resolution with a under the warranty product. If you've seen **************, you would understand the reference about a guarantee on a box. I got nothing resolved, but I now have made it my personal mission to take this company down and call them every single day even after they let my warranty lapse and tell me there's nothing they can do. Just don't do it!! Save your sanity!! Luckily, I'm a therapist and have lost mine a long time ago, but I will be writing reviews on every site I can find starting here. My grandmother lived until 100 1/2, so I'm hoping I live that long just so I can write daily reviews on how they **** and make my phone call to their so called "specialists"! AND no I am no "*****", I never complain, but I've had enough.
