      I purchased the Shark Ninja grill but decided it wasn't for me so contacted them for a return/refund. After several weeks and 5 phone calls they have yet to issue a refund and keep telling me it will be 3 to 5 business days. I finally decided to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Worthless company to deal with. I wish I would have checked BBB before wasting my money.

      Don't waste your time with SHARK products. Like their name, this brand "BITES". I purchased the cordless pet vacuum from ******** Within the month the unit stopped charging. Calling their customer service is a cluster of lies, misdirection, and a waste of time. The customer service department is playing the "long game" in making you make many calls, going over the same information, and making believe they don't understand the issue. Very ******* for a rip off company but not for their customers. When the products work, they are great. However, if you have an issue, and have bought a product with a supposed 5 year warranty, they should stand behind the product.

      I bought a ninja cream I breeze and its a pile of crap! The install light keeps flashing I contacted support they sent me a new motor base and it STILL DOESNT WORK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

      Purchased a vacuum from shark for nearly $400 with a warranty.Vacuum stopped working randomly within a year. Called customer support to get a new one under warranty they turned me away to wash to filter.I washed the filter and called again they told me to do it again even though I explained to was clean.The vacuum gets too hot to touch and doesnt **** eventually turning off on its own. Explaining this they tried to sell me the lower unit which was not the issue.I explained to them it was not the issue and they persisted it was attempting me to pay $80 for the lower unit.After 3 or 4 phone calls and several hours spent on the phone they sent out a replacement upper unit charging me the shipping. Seems like they try to waste your time in an attempt to get out of having to warranty their crappy product.

      These workers act like its not the companys responsibility to replace or repair a defective 300 dollar vacuum cleaner that I just got for Christmas this past year. They sent me a pod, but not only was it the wrong pod it was compatible for my parts, but the hose didnt come with the replacement, which was a big part of my issue being that it was coming apart. The first person I talk to you told me that they resolve my issue they were sending me a replacement machine they took my debit card information said I was paying shipping or a warranty fee and nothing ever came about no email just the confirmation number that I was given when I was about to hang up the phone I called back and the second time I talk to somebody they seem like they resolve my issue but when I got the vacuum, it was just a part of the vacuum. I called *****, and they had said that the holes in the head for the floor were not covered under the warranty, even though they are needed for the vacuum to function. I have 4 sharks and have been a loyal customer I was waiting for a call back from a manager and never did receive that call!!! Never again shark!!! Myself and my huge family included will no longer be loyal to your company!!

      Bought the shark hydrovac hoping it would cover all my needs however, it ended up ruining my rug - decided this machine was simply not for me. Returned the item via ****** which they provided the lable for and confirmed they received it, they also confirmed it via phone call and they're now giving me the run around to get my money back.($380!!) Called numerous times and was told originally told i would receive the funds back with 3 to 5 business days. A few days after the 5 days, I called again and was told I would receive an email confirming the refund was being processed- received nothing. Then called again the next day to speak to a supervisor, was told I would get a call back in 2-4 hours... again, nothing. No calls, no emails. They have the item back AND my money! Feels alot like theft. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, i would rather pay more to get a dyson!! Ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and still waiting on my money back!. 0 stars... would not recommend.

      They were absolutely horrible. Received our vacuum 18 months ago as a house warming gift. Due to Covid-19 related construction delays, our house was not completed until 4 months ago which is when we started using it. It stopped working two days ago so I called customer service. After having a video, the *** determined that the vacuum had an internal issue and could not be salvaged. He then informed me since it was purchased over a year ago, there was no warranty coverage. This despite it was not registered until March 2023. I then complained to customer service and all they responded was that they were sorry they couldn't replace the unit (as if some alien force had made the decision) and that they would learn from my experience in the future. Sure, that makes me feel better. We'll s**** you, but treat someone else right. If you want any service after the sale, or a quality vacuum, avoid this company like the plague.

      Vacuum works great (model HZ251) - but a part ended up breaking & needed replacement. Its been a little under a year. Why would I have to pay for my replacement part? Whats the point in having a warranty on the product if I had to pay close to 1/3 of the cost of what its even worth?

      I bought a Shark Self Emptying Vacuum Robot RV9124S3US November 29, 2022. It was defective and would not completely empty itself causing an error every time. Customer support sent me another vacuum. This one has a front wheel that squeaks so loud my dog can't stand it. They sent me a new wheel and it still squeaks. Each time I call I have to go over the history, troubleshoot it with the representative, attempt to resolve the issue. Promises are made and when they aren't kept I have to call again and go through it again. I finally got someone to replace this unit and was told it would be a new unit. I haven't received it, reached out to Shark to find out that the order was on hold, now it's on back order and it's going to be the same model, not a new model. The products and customer support are HORRIBLE. I will never buy a Shark product again.

      I ordered a vacuum 7 WEEKS ago. It still has not shipped. They told me two weeks ago that it would be resolved in 3-5 days. It was not. They told me 10 days ago that it would definitely ship within the week. It did not. Today they told me again that the order is processing so can not be canceled and that the correct department will resolve the issue in 3-5 days. Yeah. Right. I will never receive this vacuum, and the model I purchased is no longer even available on their website. I am sure they do not have it and are not owning up to that fact. I do not recommend this company at all. Hard pass.
