      Dont buy Shark products! They do not support there customers and dont support their product!! Shark vacuum will only last about 6 months before the brush stops working. They will only give you the run around and tell you to troubleshoot over and over knowing its not going to work . Terrible customer service support and terrible products . Buy a Dyson !!!

      We have bought 4 vacuums and shark sent a replacement the was a cheaper than the one we bought. They only last a year or one and half and won't work. They send parts that don't fit. We have bought a total of 2 vacuum and mop and they quit working. I'm tired of wasting money on junk. I had a Eureka vacuum that lasted for 12 years. I'm going back to a bag vacuum.

      After speaking with a SharkNinja representative over the phone and giving her my debit card information, my card was hacked and 4 separate charges made, two being for "*********************". As if having to buy parts for a vacuum that's under a warranty wasn't bad enough.. Add insult to injury and now I have to dispute multiple charges with my bank and get a new card..

      Awful product . Purchased 2 Shark Navigator vacuums in the last 10 years and the hose and harness has broke on both and I call customer service and my warranty doesnt cover anything. The ***** family will never order or recommend a Shark Vacuum to another person. Awful quality and even worse customer service. They wanted me to pay for shipping of parts that are worthless. Never again ***** Family

      I ordered a Shark stick vacuum in December 2022. After a month or two it stopped working. However it had a 5-year warranty, supposedly, so I thought it would be no problem to get a replacement. Wrong. After 5 calls to their ******************* they promised to send me a replacement a total of four times. But no replacement has ever arrived. They are, apparently, liars. I am through with Shark or Ninja products now.

      I ordered the Ninja Woodfire Grill with the stand and all the accesories. I love the products but the stand came broken so I called customer service. I explained that I live in an apartment, the box is huge and will take a huge effort to re-box the item and take it to a shipping facility, I would rather get a partial refund and keep the damaged item so I didn't have to go through all that hassle. They said no, they would send me a new one and a shipping lable to send back the damaged item. I got the new stand, great. I take the damaged one to Fed Ex and they did not want to accept it in the box that it came in, luckily the lady at the store was nice and said that she would make an exception this one time. I feel a little robbed that I had to go to all that hassle and did not get any refund at all.

      05/17/2021: Ordered the Shark Vertex Upright Vacuum with TruePet upgrade and free Shark Steam Mop (with (1) Lifetime VIP ******************** Duster, $446.87. My primary reason for ordering this was to clean up our constantly shedding golden retrievers hair. 08/01/2021: I notice the head roller and the Self Cleaning Brushroll are seizing up. Both features require scissor cutting and cleaning before they will turn again. So, the main reason I bought this was to not have to use scissors and clean the heads every time before use. Between late 2021 to early January 2023 the unit constantly requires scissors cleaning. The unit constantly stops working and rolling with the red light coming on. 01/12/2023: The unit stops working all-together. **************** tells me that The DuoCleanMAX Floor Nozzle with Self-Cleaning Brushroll is not covered under Lifetime VIP Warranty. What did I get with the Lifetime VIP package? I ended up having to buy another DuoCleanMAX Floor Nozzle with Self-Cleaning Brushroll for $113.57. 01/23/2023: Called in (after 20 minutes online) and was inadvertently hung up on while checking status of order to ship. Second time, (another 20 minutes) person says he will escalate to his lead. Still no answer on when I will get the unit; however, they have billed me! Inadequate customer service to say the least. 03/01/2023: While attempting to vacuum, with our new (have VIP Package, yet had to pay for and ship pay) DuoCleanMAX Floor Nozzle with Self-Cleaning Brushroll continues to stop turning and the red light goes on. I have to clean brushroll and head roller; however, it (for the most part) does not work. I am 100% frustrated with this product and I believe its destiny is the junkyard, while continuing my search for a vacuum that advertises to help with dog hair and works like advertised. This Shark Vertex Upright Vacuum with TruePet gets ZERO stars with no recommendation from me.

      I am very disappointed in the way the customer service of **********************/********************** handled my warranty complained. I purchased a Shark vacuum in December of 2021. One thing that attracted me to purchase this vacuum was the 5 year warranty. Initially, I was very satisfied with the performance of the vacuum. In April of 2023 I noticed the vacuum wasnt cleaning properly and leaving dirt behind. After cleaning the unit and inspecting it, I noticed a tear in the short hose that is attached to the nozzle head. I immediately contacted the customer service of **********************/**********************, explained my issue and asked if that part was covered under the warranty. I was informed that it was not and that I couldnt just buy a replacement hose. I had to purchase an entire new floor nozzle in the amount of $71.95. The warranty states that normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as foam filters, HEPA filters, pads, etc.) which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this warranty. That short hose that is attached to the nozzle head is exposed to a lot of movement as the nozzle head swivels, making it prone to breaking. I did purchase a new nozzle head, but called customer service back a second time explaining that I thought it was ridiculous to have to purchase a $71.95 part every time that hose tore. I was then informed by customer service that in situations like this a 50% discount of the part would be offered. Since I already had purchased the part (and wasnt offered the 50% off initially) a refund wasnt given. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of **********************/**********************.

      When I purchased 3 Shark Robots one of the main reasons I purchased it was the ability to map zones to clean certain areas of my home configured by me to fit my home. Shark changed the programming to that ridiculous "spot" cleaning with is a little square area that is not at all configurable and is quite USELESS! I feel cheated. They are no longer the machines I paid for!
