      I bought a stratos vac for the ****** and later I decided to get the true pet bundle they offered for ***** but they said they couldnt do it because I have to buy both at the same time. I would have to return the perfectly ******** and reorder it. I returned it and have not got my refund back yet but reordered it then tried to get the true pet bundle but the amount would come up ****** Tried to get customer service to get it at the advertised price arguing with them that ****** plus ***** dosnt add up to ****** no matter how you do the math finally the said it was for the other statos vac but the other one already came with the true pet bundle I tried to explain the vac already came with the other vac and they said some people want extra. Dont think they know what they are doing there and asked to speak to a manager but they were always not available. I think ************ should be aware of this and know what he advertise on line!!

      I purchased a Ninja blender. We used it fewer than ten times. My husband moved it on our counter and base broke.I checked reviews on target and there were many, many buyers with the same problem.I called Ninja thinking theyd replace it since its a design flaw and I only used it a minimal amount of times very carefully.The customer service agent was rude and my only option was to purchase a replacement base for *****. This is a ****** blender that broke after fewer than 10 uses and the company must know about it because of the reviews on the base but they are charging buyers even more to buy a base.

      I purchased a Shark Flexstyle on 12/28/22 with a PayPal payment plan. However the Flexstyles were on back order and I did not receive the product until February of ************************************************************************ late January. Because of this PayPal voided the payment plan and denied the transaction. PayPal voids all payment plans that take longer than 30 days to process. I was not alerted to this issue by PayPal and wasnt aware until I got a notice from Shark that they were planning to send me to collections if I didnt pay. As far as I knew- I did pay! I called them and tried to sort this out but PayPal was telling me to talk to Shark and Shark was telling me to talk to PayPal. Finally, I just decided to return the product. I have a tracking number that proves that I returned the product and they received it in late February. However, they sent me to collections anyways and the collection agency ********************** Solutions) is trying to get me to pay for a product that I already returned! Shark refuses to help me any further and claims the issue is out of their hands because they already sent me to collections.

      TLDR: SharkNinja cancelled my warranty replacement order without notifying me because they didn't fulfill my order within 30 days.Purchased the Ninja C39800 Foodi NeverStick Premium 12-Piece Cookware Set. Within 9 months, the coating on some of the pans was beginning to bubble and peel, even with following the care instructions. Contacted company for replacement pieces as they were under warranty. **************** was difficult to communicate with. The order was submitted December 2022, and I received emails confirming the order. 3 months later, March 2023, I contacted the company as I still had not received my order. I was told the order had been cancelled "since it was past the 30 day ****** I spent over $400 on this set of pots and pans. This company is a joke.

      We purchased a product that did not workout for us. We returned the product within the time frame and have confirmed they received the package. It has been 2 months since that time and multiple phone calls and we have not been given our money back. Every time we call they tell us its been escalated however no one ever responds to this escalation. So we get no where and continue to be out hundreds of dollars. No one we talk to is able to help us or give us an answer about what the problem is or when this will re solves.

      Your return service ***** I ordered a wrong part and won't honor a return label and refund cause I ordered a wrong part won't ever buy another product from Shark and will let people to stay away from Shark

      I purchased a Shark Hyper Air November 6, 2022. After I had it 2 months, it started shutting off after a minute of use. I finally made a call and was on the phone approximately 30 minutes because they wanted to do a troubleshoot. Finally the person assisting me said they would send a replacement but I would be charged $27 shipping fee. I didn't want to disrespect the employee because she was doing her job but why should I pay a shipping fee for a defective hair dryer? She did take the charge away which is the only reason they are getting a 3-star. I might have a different review if I don't receive the product in the specified time given to me.

      Although I used to like shark vacuums, the past two Vaccums Ive purchased had problems with electricity! One the one previous purchase the cord broke, causing sparks, shark did replace the vacuum, now this replacement Ive received has sparks coming from the power switch (on/off) there willing to replace the vacuum, provided me with a prepaid fed ex label, I was told to take it to any ***** location and I would not need to box the old damaged vacuum, I waisted an entire morning going to different fed ex locations only to find that the vacuum does need to be boxed and I would need to cover the cost of the box which was $27 I should not incur the costs of packaging due to the vacuum being defective!

      Wow. Shark removed my review of their product and service. Luckily I am able to copy from my records and paste here. Works for 1 year ONLY I bought this product a year and a half ago. It worked fantastic until the last month. *** tried wiping it down, changing the filter (3 months after replacing) and nothing works. Ive looked all over online and cant find any help. It no longer shows my air quality at 100% like it used to. No matter the room. I tried calling Shark and it took a while to get a hold of them and the representative literally said NOTHING after I explained all this. I asked if he was still there and he said remind me whats wrong with it and I said so repeat everything I just told you he goes sure. So I did. Crickets again. I asked if hes still there, he finally says yes. Then I ask him if he heard me. He said yes. Then I asked if hes going to help and he said NOTHING. I asked whats next and he said he will transfer me. Did he? No! He sat there in silence again. I asked if hes going to transfer me. He said yes. And crickets yet again. I told him this was the worst customer service Ive ever had when calling a company. He said Im sorry you feel that way and I said no you are not. Please transfer me. Did he? Nope. So the $350 air purifier only gave me a year and a half of service. I will buy a random one on Amazon because I have one of those and it WORKS 2 and a half years later. I will never buy Shark again. Ever.

      Purchased a ninja coffee maker and although it made coffee fine, the clock would not maintain proper time. Tried going back to place of purchase and they were of no help and were more concerned with getting the defective item returned than gietting us a replacement. Decided to contact SharkNinja, and after wasting hours waiting on hold ro bineg hung up on or call disconnects, was finally able to reach someone. All seemed to have went well and we were to receive a replacement, and was set-up to return the defective item. Here we are weeks later and no replacement has been received and the customer service number states "they cannot accept our call at this time"--WTHeck?!?!?!?!?!?! Poor product and even worse customer service! Buyers beware (mental note to avoid their products) --would give zero stars if able
