      Tried to purchase shark vacuum from customer service due to issues with a promo code. Bank account was charged and then I received a cancellation of order. Call to find out the issue they said had to be something with the billing. Spoke with a supervisor who resubmitted the order stating thatI would eventually be charged for the first order and then credited back within 10 business days 30 minutes. Received an email with that order being canceled as well. Well be going to the bank tomorrow to see if there is an but there should be no issue on the Banks and because all standards are meaning the account has the balance and the address on the card matchesthe address for the shipment so well find out tomorrow what the problem is by the bank I hope

      Very upset got a ninja slushie for Christmas 2024. This product is over $300 to purchase, and I was so excited to get it. I started using this product on 28 December. Ive probably used it for a total of two weeks. I washed it on the top rack ofthe dishwasher, Ive soaked it and dishwasher, Ive cleaned it with a scrub brush, a bottle brush you name it Ive cleaned this product with . Mold gets in around the base of the vessel and you cant get it out. Ive tried everything to remove it. I called the ninja. Did a video chat with them showed them the mold they acted as if they weregonna help me and had me jump through hoops claiming that this would help get the product cleaned. I called them again after *** tried everyoption of cleaning to clean this vessel and they tell me that the vessel is not under warranty. The ninja machine is, but the vessel isnot its not considered an important part. So the warranty is void when it comes to the vessel. In order to fix the situation they want me to purchase a vessel $35 plus shipping and handling fees not to mention the vessels are out of stock and they dont know when they will be back in stock. Having only use this product for three weeks tops and its not even a month old and to hear that theres nothing no option andthen Im told to purchase another part of this machine is crazy. The vessel is probably one of the major parts of this ninja because youcant use the ninja without the vessel. Ninja refuses to replace the vessel for free, which they should. Its their product that is failed and is considered a health risk with themold buildup that occurs around it. And the spot that its in you cant even get to it. Im sick to my stomach that all this money was spent and yet you will have to spend more and more money just to keep using every time vessel needs replaced. A product fail!

      We purchased a shark robot vacuum 2 years ago for the self-cleaning brushroll. They have now discontinued the brushroll because the model AV970 is 4 years old. They suggested I buy knockoffs from ******. I told customer service the knockoffs barely work (don't self-clean and only last 1-2 weeks in a house of 3 people, no pets) and had no solutions. Do not buy their products and expect longevity.

      So frustrated with Ninja. Ive been a big supporter of them and their products for years now and have gifted their products to friends and family over the years. My biggest issues have come from their Ninja Dual Brew Pro coffeemaker. We love the coffeemaker and its functionality but weve had issues with them over the past few years. My first unit died just over a year of ownership and just after the warranty expired so I needed to get a replacement model and had to pay $100 just to get it. It had a 6 month warranty attached to it and after 9 months of ownership it died too. I was told Id need to purchase a whole new unit this time around. So I purchased one final one with an extended warranty this time. So far its working fine but Im expecting something to go wrong in the near future. I purchased the same unit for family friends a while back and theirs ended up dying too the other week and they contacted Ninja about it and they told them theyd have to pay $100 to get a new one. After doing some digging it seems Ninja is well aware that theres a major issue with this product and they havent done anything to actually fix it and wont replace them for customers even though they know theyre defective. My friends refused to pay for a new one and just found a different brand to replace it. I genuinely like the product and its functionality and so did my friends but I totally understand why they bailed on Ninja. The likelihood of it breaking seems quite high and youre just going to keep charging us to replace them when you havent fixed the issue with these units to begin with.

      I am highly disappointed in this company. I tried to purchase a Ninja Slushi Machine multiple times through a customer representative over the phone. Every time I placed the order, it was canceled. I assumed it was out of stock. I tried again a week ago and same thing happened so I called and asked why that is. They said they couldnt tell me but the supervisor said they have a system that could have flagged my order. I asked her if they could escalate that to get reviewed and removed as I did nothing wrong and provided accurate information to the representative. I just received an email saying it was flagged and they cant remove the flag at this time and I could no longer order from them directly. They have yet been able to tell me why exactly I was flagged. I just used the same information 2 days ago to place an online order through ***** for that same machine. If there was an error, then it was the fault of the representative, not myself. Its unbelievable that they are allowed to do this, not give a reason, and then not consider removing it when I have done nothing wrong. Im glad I got the Slushi machine for my mom for Christmas finally but that will be my last Ninja product I buy. I have no reason to fraud anyone and would have just entered the information myself to place the order if they could keep them in stock. I wont be surprised if they get a lawsuit one day for this.

      Ordered a vacuum on December 2nd to recieve before Christmas. 10 days later the product is still waiting to ship and they show out of stock online. I called to get issued a refund and they refused and stated that the vacuum had basically shipped (has stayed in label created status for 10 days). The stated once I recieve, I could return. Ridiculous

      Have been trying to warranty a stock pot for over 1 year. Contacted them for warranty, they asked for pictures, Provided them. They approved the warranty claim. waited 6 months, nothing came. Called them again, said they would replace it with a similar product. The other pot has been on back order for the last 6 month. Tried contacting them again, no reply.

      Unreliable, Shark runs bait adds that dont carry through. I ordered a vacuum that has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks, WITH ***** label, that way they could charge my credit card, even though they buried it with no intention of shipping anytime soon! Bait with the big Black Friday Sale, with no intention of shipping when they have full price buyers. They may be busy during the holiday, sorry, but NOT that busy. Their website says items are normally received in 4 to 6 days. I think 2 weeks is quit long enough to get an order out the door!! My order was last updated 5 days ago!! Im sure if I order one at full price I would have no problem receiving it! They should be shut down for what Ive been reading they pull on consumers!!

      I have called Ninja support twice in the last 12 hours for the same issue. Unable to complete a clean cycle and then when it does a clean cycle, I try to make a cup of coffee and nothing happens except a lot of horrible sounds. My recent call was this morning and I was told that I need a replacement part which consists of the top part of the coffee maker. The cost of said replacement is $*******, this product is one year and 5 months since purchasing (directly from the Ninja site) in June 2023. Let me be clear here, a new machine will cost me $229.00!The machine is apparently not very good! My complaint is a frequent one according to reviews. I now do not want to purchase another product from you. I used to think Ninja/Shark Canada produced good quality products. I also own a Shark Vacuum, which has a better warrantee but the soft roller has stopped working twice but covered on a 5 year warrantee. . This experience has soured my opinion quite a bit and will not recommend your products in the future nor will I purchase your products in the foreseeable future. I know that Shark Ninja Canada could do better.

      I ordered the Shark Ninja Foodi. Upon first use, smoked up house where smoke alarm was ignited. Steel plate covering heating element want remain in place to cook. I wrote in ample time requesting refund but was totally ignored, now they are saying I owe even though I'm unable to use product! Where is the Justice? It is taking up space for no reason. I want justice. Warning to all who purchase this product.
