      On September 28, 2024, an infomercial advertised a Shark vacuum cleaner and its many useful accessories. I used my checking account to make my initial payment. When finalizing my order, I was told I would receive my purchase within 5-7 days. Little did ai know it would take over 6 weeks, and get thisI still have not received my vacuum cleaner and accessories. Well, my ultra busy life of full-time employee, caring for my 91-year-old mother, and supporting my grandchildren and two pooches kept me so busy that I did not realize Shar had never send my purchase. So, on October 20, 2024, I called again, requesting an understanding about the broken work of receiving my order within 5-7 days. It was 4:30 CST, so they had closed. On October 21, 2024, I called and spoke to an *******; I gave him my dilemma; he found my order number, transferred me to customer support; I was disconnected from their endTWICE. After much ado from 5:31PM to 7:36PM, I finally was connected to a ****, with whom I stressed I should be due a discount for several reasons. As I had spoken to several agents, each one always escalated my issue to a higher department, only for me to never get a resolve. I was even told I would get a call from someone regarding this seriously delinquent issueyet, no one ever did.I called 10/29/24, and spoke to Mercy. I was put on hold; promised a discount for the noncompliance of their word of delivery within 5-7 days, and unwarranted duress and distress for this entire ordeal. Another hold out me with Pooja, then another hold only to return to tell me I need to wait for the back office to decide what to do about my case. November 5, 2024 I called again at 12:37 PM. Another hold while the agent checked my order; another transfer to the supervisor-*******. But he never picked up. Another hold so she could get more information ended with her telling me my case will be escalated AGAIN. I told her I wanted a ************, 11/11/24, refund hasnt been processed.

      model #CE251 it has a 1 year warranty, we've had the coffee pot for 9 months and just 2 people in house only drink coffee in the morning. This morning we started smelling hot pee... which turns out to be burning wires, we heard the coffee pot beeping repeatedly , then we noticed the coffee pot slightly smoking and around burner plate was melting. I unplugged the coffee pot immediately !!! Thank God we were home, it would have burnt my home down!!

      Their customers service *****. I need a warranty exchange for my vacuum and the company has canceled twice. Something about I never paid my bill. Which is totally wrong. I did and I need the part sent to me so I can use vacuum.

      I thought there was a law mandating that businesses offer repairs to their products. I have 2 Shark vacuum cleaners, one is a robot, not dont work anymore. I just called them and all they can offer is some help over the phone. Does that qualify for this law?

      My pans are rusting and the company offers a 10 year warranty with fine-print. I need to pay $19.95 for shipping. However, the cost of shipping is comparable with another product. A competitor offers hassle-free lifetime warranties, and the competitor is widely known, and respected. I was sold something that will tarnish the brand. When I bought these ninja kitchenware pans, I expected a warranty with no hassles, or fine print. In essence, this company has lost my business forever. They doubled down on the horrible anondized pans by getting me to buy them due to their warranty. So, very unhappy and will never buy anything, period from this company. They're synonomous with **** to me and belong in court for the evil fine print.

      On 9/8, I placed an order for their Smart XL DoubleStack Air Fryer and their Cafe Luxe Premier Espresso machine on their own website at *********************************. On 9/9, I was notified that the order was cancelled with no reason given. This also happened previously on 5/25 which a different purchase, that was also through their ********************************* website. I called their customer service, and the representative told me my order was randomly selected to be cancelled because it was deemed somewhat suspicious even though it cleared with my **************** card instantly. As this has happened to me now 2 of 2 times and a simple ****** search of this shows it happening to many many others, I believe this company may be purposely doing this to inflate their sales numbers as a publicly traded company. Very poor business practice if this is the case.

      Purchased a ninja foodi possible. The rim of the lid holds water where the top and bottom come together. I contact customer support they say no one has ever had this issue. Then they direct me to the support **** for my product. The first line on that **** says do you have water in your lid? They won't replace it. Your faulty product not my fault.

      With all the problems with warranty coverage Shark (vacuum) should have to state in writing what is covered under their warranty. It is a general 5 or 7 year warranty that is left wide open for them to refuse to cover anything. I thought a warranty had to state exactly what is covered and what isn't they are getting away with covering what they pick and choose to cover this is not fair to the consumer. Please make them state in warranty just what is covered.

      I originally seen a commercial for a carpetxpert with stain striker and scared to order online and get wrong products I decided to call and placed a order with a live representative and after explaining what I just saw on tv I was assured that I was getting the correct item which was the carpetxpert with stain striker and I was also suppose to receive a free steam mop and a few other small accessories as a free gift with purchase however july 17th I received a email stating that my order was shipped and it was the total opposite of what I ordered. Its doesnt even shampoo so I called to try to get this situation resolved and I wasnt offered any option except to wait on the product to arrive which is estimated to be 2-3 weeks per the rep who assisted me in placing the order and once it arrives then I must send it back and once they receive the item then they will process the refund which could be another seven business days but after I receive my refund then o can place the order for the correct item and just pray this doesnt happen again! I even spoke to a supervisor by the name of ************* #********. I asked her if they could call the carrier that is transporting their orders and have the shipment Canceled or send me the correct one until they receive the product being that i have twin boys that are autistic and Im unable to go to the store due to the severity of their disabilities and considering that it was a mistake made on their but I was offered no type of help in any way whatsoever so when I finally do get a refund I will not be purchasing anything from shark or ninja again.

      Bought a ninja air fryer model number OL701 for just under 400 dollars. Worked for 2 years and recently started a plug in error. Called Ninja support they said there was nothing they could do, I could replace that old item with a brand new one, by purchasing a whole new one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? No credit, no solutions for the plug in error. He said the unit was no good it can be thrown in the trash. There customer service is trash along with their product.
