I bought a Shark robot vacuum on June 9, 2021 with a 12 month warranty. Conveniently for them it stopped working 15 months later. The motor gave out. I complained to customer service that I felt I deserved some help in either parts or replacement. All they could offer was to buy another model that was on sale. I said I would consider that if I could get some compensation for the old one. Nope, they would rather lose a longtime customer than consider that. Well they have! Buyer beware!

Please note that the phone number listed by BBB on Shark/Ninja, ******* **, information source is NOT a ** number but it is another outsourced number. Very disappointing. It is impossible to contact legitimate repair help, or any other kind of help from these people who Shark/Ninja has hired to supposedly help customers. All these numbers on the Shark/Ninja web site stating "technical help, as well as customer service' appear to merely be folks answering the phone, with very little knowledge of answers to questions. They appear to be reading off of a script of written info; often times putting callers on hold to seemingly search for answers. When asking for a help from a supervisor; they claim they are not available, or or they will call back; which they never do. Often very difficult to understand, heavy accents. Although they are often polite, often not sure if they are comprehending what the issues are about. Although I was reading he serial number off my unit, two agents told me I had the wrong serial #. Finally got that right (I thought);however I was sent the wrong part; called back, gave all my info again to a new "agent" as well as the part numbers on my invoice on the part sent. And this agent sent the exact same part that I had explained did not work; unbelievably unprofessional. But why should they worry, there is not even a way to contact a viable person with the company to check on or correct these problems. I was sent the wrong part twice; hung up on twice; when asked for a supervisor; told a supervisor would call back, I waited all day, no callback. I got an email on a previous call saying my phone was not answering; wrong, I was home and have an answering machine. I have read so many of the negative reviews on BBB, regarding unhappy customers, yet where is the help correcting these problems?? Please put an end to this; please give us a US customer service phone number and email address. PLEASE HELP!!

Buyer Beware! I bought a Shark AV2501S AI Robot Vacuum with HEPA Self-Empty Base from Amazon during Prime Day. I paid $300.00 (Retail $550) so I thought I was getting a great deal. After 2 weeks I noticed that it would pick different rooms to vacuum than the ones I selected. I thought it was operator error. LOL. After 2 more weeks, I noticed that it said "disconnected" on the app. I could not get the thing to connect to WiFi, even after following the instructions sent with the device, as well as ******* videos and a call to customer service. CS said they would escalate my call to a technician. After 2 weeks of waiting for that, I contacted Amazon. Their return policy was 30 days and they would not budge. The Amazon rep contacted Shark and stayed on the line with me. That Shark rep said I would have to go through all the steps with a tech AGAIN! She said she would escalate my call and the Amazon rep said she would check in 3 days to make sure Shark contacted me. Neither Shark nor Amazon got back to me. I contacted Amazon again and they finally agreed to take the device back, WITH A $60 RESTOCKING FEE!!!!! I have lost faith in both Shark and Amazon. Make sure you check to see how many days you have to return items to Amazon and NEVER buy a Shark product that has to connect to WiFi in order to work properly. I will just continue to use my Dyson Animal that is over 15 years old and has NEVER given me any trouble.

Bought a double over air fryer that continues to smoke (white smoke). If the smoke was a different color it could be associated with the food however, its not. It tells me the unit has a malfunction. I would not have known about this since I use air fry the most. I tried to use bake, and this is when it happened. it began to happen on every other function besides air fry. I've been on the phone with these people numerous times to get them to send me a warranty replacement. Not a refund, a replacement. Again, I didn't even ask for my money back. I should have! The replacement if sent would probably be some old unit they have sitting around or refurbished. Ninja even asked me to do a video call so they can see the unit. I have never been asked to prove to someone the unit I received is damaged. I was them told I will need to send them pictures of it. Again, I have to prove to you the thing doesn't function as it should. I wasted way over $200 dollars on a Ninja product. I will not ever buy anything else Ninja or Shark. Don't even get me started on the Shark vacuum. Waste of money.

Absolute trash! Biggest waste of money ever. I purchased a stick vacuum less than a year ago and within 6 months, a piece of metal had fell out of the unit making the unit no longer stand upright, within a month after that, the handheld piece that houses the motor became so loose than it barely stays on the stick portion. I called customer service and they offered to replace the handheld piece for free but said the bottom of the vacuum wasnt included in the warranty so I would have to pay to replace that, it would be $85. This is ridiculous! It should be covered, the $300 vacuum is less than a year old and all of this happened within 6 months of regular single household use.

Its been 3 days and still no return call from their so-called escalation department. I bought a Ninja Foodie Blender from Target last December and only just used it this past Saturday. I used it 3 days in a row, so a total of 3xs. Typically I use my magic bullet for my smoothies. However, I forgot the base at work. Since it was a holiday weekend I needed to finally breakout the Ninja Blender (which I loved using!) to make my smoothies. Sadly, trying to lift the blender off the counter the base came apart. I cannot use it now. Im disgusted and disappointed they have not returned my call. Im told each time I call back theyll call me in 24 business hours. Clearly thats not the case. It seemingly is a huge issue to even have a phone discussion on the problems with this blender. It is unfair too. I work hard for my money to buy these things and its visibly CLEAR its still brand spanking new. I feel theyre trying to hope I will simply go away. I will not. I still have the box in mint condition and now a blender that I cannot use. Someone needs to make this situation right.

My Shark cordless vacuum broke 8 months after purchase and they refused to cover the damage under their limited 1 year warranty. They claimed that the part that broke (the main wand that runs from the handle to the suction head) was an accessory and is not covered by the warranty. When I asked to see the accessory on their website, they could not produce this as a stand alone accessory. I do not know how the vacuum would even function without this part but the *** continued to claim that it was an accessory so I abruptly ended the call.Horrible product with terrible customer service. Won't buy from them again.
