Bought a vacuum off Amazon in 2020. Shark refused to honor the 5 year warranty for a broken INTERNAL part because it's 'not part of the "whole unit"'. Unfortunate but if you look at Reddit, they will never honor the warranty on any part. It's part of their scam.Avoid this company at all costs.

I received as a gift ninja foodie nonstick pans they started peeling within the first two months of use even by following the care guide. I have reached out many different times to the ninja warranty department and every single time, I've been told that they don't have a replacement in stock for it. But then they do not offer any sort of other resolutions to the problem just telling me to call back. Every single time I call I have to wait on hold and then submit pictures of the pans and the problems I am experiencing and answer a bunch of questions. Only to be told there's nothing they can do and that I have to call back in two weeks to see if the items are back in stock. Then they started sending me the wrong pots, I got a total of 6 of the wrong pots. They won't refund my shipping cost, even though I returned 4 of the pots, I do not want the wrong size pots. I threw the others into the trash where they belong.I will never buy a ninja product in the future. They lie, steal and cheat their customers.

Purchased a $200 Shark Ninja Coffemaker. After a little more than 1 year and using sparingly, the system instructed me that it was due for a cleaning. Followed instructions to clean the unit and during cleaning the solution would not run through the coffeemaker and at the end of cycle the unit did not work. Ran cleaning cycle again with same results. Contacted customer service and was told they didn't know why it wasn't working and offered to give me 30% off purchase of another coffeemaker priced at $200. Not sure how this business still shows an A+ rating with BBB but I will never buy another product from them - expensive and don't stand behind their products.

I recently purchased a Shark vacuum and was initially pleased with its performance. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into frustration when a crucial part of the vacuum became defective after only a few months of use. Despite being under warranty, the ordeal that followed with Shark's customer service was nothing short of a nightmare.First, getting any meaningful support from Shark was an uphill battle. Initially, they told us we would have to pay $90 for the replacement part, despite the warranty stating otherwise. After complaining, the agent said we would have to pay half. It was only after insisting on speaking to a supervisor that we were told we wouldn't have to pay for the part at all. This experience revealed a very shady operation and a clear lack of consistency and transparency in their customer service practices. But the ordeal didn't end there. Even after finally agreeing to replace the defective part at no cost, Shark insisted that we pay for the shipping costs. This is completely unacceptable. Why should I, the consumer, bear any additional costs for a product failure that is entirely Shark's fault? For a large company to charge us for shipping a replacement part is extremely ***** and shows a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and responsible business practices.I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a Shark product to think twice. If you encounter any issues, be prepared for a frustrating and inconsistent experience with their customer service. This kind of treatment from a large company is outrageous and disappointing. I will certainly not be buying from Shark again and will be sharing this experience widely.Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable vacuum and decent customer service.

5 year VIP warranty is a scam!! Rude customer service representatives are just there to scam you into buying parts that should be covered by the warranty. Buyer beware! Spend your money somewhere else!

Purchased multiple of the ninja foodie nonstick pans they started peeling within the first two months of use even by following the care guide. I have reached out 11 different times to the ninja warranty department and every single time, Ive been told that they dont have a replacement in stock for it. But then they do not offer any sort of other resolutions to the problem just telling me to call back. Every single time I call I have to wait on hold and then submit pictures of the pans and the problems I am experiencing and answer a bunch of questions. Only to be told theres nothing they can do and that I have to call back in two weeks to see if the items are back in stock. *** spent well over $250 on these pans and I am so disappointed by how they havent even lasted six months.

Glitch in the system let me apply a discount to a promotion, my order was magically cancelled. I called customer service and they reordered for me at the same price, and the charge on my card was removed again. When I contacted support they let me know it was cancelled again. Im now being told theres no way to get this price again because its not possible, meaning they wont be honoring the glitch in their system.

I've had the Shark AV2501S AI Ultra Robot Vacuum for a year and a half now. It is now giving me the error that it's "too close to a cliff" and won't run. We have cleaned everything with no luck. I called customer support today and they said my warranty had expired in November 2023 (Six months ago). They did the video chat and even the customer service rep was shocked that it would immediately give the error. It won't even attempt to run. Evidently a product that is close to $350 has a limited ONE year warranty. Now the best they could do was to give me 20% off their newest model which was out of stock and $479. To spend this type of money for a vacuum it should work for longer than 1.5 years. I will never buy another Shark product again. This is my second robot vacuum that hasn't lasted two years. So much for thinking the first one was a fluke.

My ninja OG700 showed a to cld message and stopped working contacted Ninja support. The did a video chat to verify, had me cut cord. Pay 23 and some change to have new one shipped. This was on 4/17/2024. Support stated 5-7 business days to receive replacement. Well going on a month and now all of a sudden it is out of stock. Offered to pay for the upgrade as it is in stock. Nope no can do you have to wait. This is a poor representation of what I thought was a good company.

Ordered the shark air wrap on April 11. Email said it was shipped and delivered on April 17. I opened the package and only received the product attachments, and not the product itself. In my email, it still says product is processing but does not give me any more details. Contacted customer service and all she could say is that there was an issue with the warehouse and she had no idea when I would receive my item. If I knew it was going to take this long, I never would have ordered it. Or they should atleast give a heads up that the product is going to take forever to ship. Unbelievable and completely unsatisfied with my order from shark.
