      Shark ninja triple charged ime n the month of November. They overcharged me a total of $89. I contacted them twice. Was promised a refund, never got it. 2nd call,I was told I have to wait 2 to 4 additional weeks for the escalation team to send me an email. Mind you,I've already waited 90 days for the 1st email and refund. Dont buy here. It's a scam that steals your money through automatic payments.

      I have a Ninja NeverStick Premium 13-Piece Cookware Set that I got for Xmas. Ive already had pieces replaced. I called today to again get pieces replaced, theres pieces on back order and pieces that are no longer available. I dont want an incomplete set. I dont want a set thats a different color. I want a set thats a whole set. I offered to allow a different set altogether that is actually cheaper than the current set but that wasnt an option. So they obviously do not stand behind their lifetime warranty, they would rather replace the sets every year rather than please the customer and just replace it with a totally different set and be done with it.Moral of the story, they do not honor their LIFETIME WARRANTY, and their customer service sucks!

      Purchased the Ninja Blast in October 23 by end of January24 the charging port completely burned out charging. I had it on the charger for about an hour and a half/two hours and I smelled smoked like something burning and luckily I was home because if I had not been home, my house could probably burn down. I reached out to the company to let them know of the defect going on with their device along with pictures and the best they can give me was call customer service cause Im out of warranty.

      I have a Ninja foodie Grill that I love. So we decided to get the Ninja Woodfire Grill. It's been a nightmare with this. We got the grill and it didn't work. We called customer service for some troubleshooting and she said to cut the cord on the unit and trash it. They would send us a new one. We thought this meant throw the entire thing away. Why not? Thats what you do when you return an item or exchange an item at the store. We were sent JUST the unit. Nothing else. So I had to call and ask for additional parts. We got the parts that were requested. Just the other day I went to turn on the smoker and yet ANOTHER part was missing, I then realized that the cover that comes with the grill was not sent to us either. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said they would not give us the cover and that we would have to pay for it.Here's the thing Im ticked about. Had customer service just said, "Your item is defective, there is no troubleshooting for this, just return it and get a new one" would have been fine. I can't even return this piece of c*** pain in the **** unit to ****** now because I dont have the box or anything because YOU told me to trash it! Who does that? You have now pigeon holed me into keeping this unit, when I could have just gone back to ******, exchanged it for a new one, and you wouldn't have to pay shipping costs. I am SO MAD that this has wasted all of our wood chips, calls, shipping costs (on your end), and now we don't even have everything we paid for!!! Your customer service is trash. The people are nice, but your values as a company are immoral. I can see how "valued" I am as a customer. And I Will NEVER purchase anything from Ninja ever again. What an absolute nightmare you have made this out to be. Not to mention, who's to say this new unit even works?? I've seen reports of people having multiple faulty units. Is this a loophole to make sure your company keeps our money? Outrageous.

      Purchased vacuum in Dec 2023. Arrived Dec 27 and out of the box it was defective. Called customer service and was told the beater wasnt under warranty. After pressing they offered to send a new part. Next month no part. Called and was told the part wasnt available. Offered replacement/refund. Then no, they asked that I destroy and toss. I wasnt willing to put a functioning unit needing a new part. I said Id return it. Sent ****** with commitment of refund once received in warehouse. Which was January 8. Followed up by email, messenger, phone. Many times. Today they claim they have initiated refund. Still waiting. Once they had my $ they appeared to have no interest in a functioning product, had no clear return policy, encouraged destruction of an unused product and dumpling in landfill, and certainly have taken their time to issue a refund. Poor product. Poor customer service. And either chaotic policies and/or incompetence.

      The reviews on their Amazon store and website need to be investigated for fabrication. The reviews (after I was dumb and purchased a product without looking more closely at the suspiciously positive reviews) are all too positive and mention how great their app is (even though it does not work. Not for me, not for anyone in my family (we all have different versions of iPhones + 1 Android), and not for a thread of different users on the internet. For this many people to have issues with the app, why is this not mentioned in the reviews? Also, the app is needed to use the Shark Robot Vacuum extra functionalities which is one of the selling points. Someone needs to look more closely into these reviews to see if they're real.

      I ordered a vacuum that was lost by *****. After they closed their investigation, I was told Shark Ninja would have to be contacted for a refund. After 6 months of calls and 4 assurances of a refund with 3-5 business days that NEVER happened, I contacted my credit card, ****, to dispute the charge. Even though the usual time frame allowed for disputing had passed, they allowed me to dispute it. They investigated, contacted Shark and initially denied my claim. As I was gathering all my info to send to Citi to back up my claims, they notified me my disputed was resolved in my favor! Shark Ninja **************** representatives and even a supposed supervisor are not truthful. They will not get another purchase from me!****************

      I ordered a new vacuum from shark/ninjas website using a promotional code that took the price from $349 to $89. A few days later I noticed that they went ahead and charged me the full amount. It was almost $280 more than what it should have been. Which eventually caused my bank account to overdraft. Three other people that I know ordered it as well. Their orders were canceled. I immediately called Shark/Ninja and was informed that they were not honoring that code. I spoke to ***** from the escalation team who offered me to either return for a full refund or they would give me a 50% refund and I could keep it. I had taken the vacuum out of the shipping box and left it outside. It has rained several inches and the box is now not useable. It was a large, oddly shaped and heavy duty box. I explained I either need a refund for the full amount I should not have been charged or reimbursed for having to purchase a new box to send back. They refused. But the worst part. It took them 6 days to respond with their decision. What they did was illegal and immoral. It was the worst experience I have had with a large company. Im a single mom of two young children. They left me with an overdrawn bank account for days and didnt blink an eye. I will never purchase from their company again and want everyone to know experience. Please beware.

      Awful company. Accidently purchased the wrong size carafe. I called within 5 minutes of placing the order. They couldn't cancel it. Told me I had to return it with no refund to shipping cost. I returned as requested. No refund for over a month. Called multiple times and was told I'd hear something in 3-5 business days. Never heard anything. **************** is non-existent and returns are impossible.
