      I ordered and paid for the Ninja woodfire grill and pizza oven months ago. They have not been received. I called and they said they couldn't find the order. They said they would call back and never have. But the full charge over $600 was made. A scam? **** **** C IL

      I ordered two grills which were never delivered to my place. I had an accessory box and that's it. They will not send me ************ or refund the payment.

      I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company. I called 3 times and I also got a call back 3 days after I was scheduled to get one. But I missed that call. This last time I called your representative hung up on me. I need my mixer replaced I didnt use it until 10/2023 and we bought it in 2/2023. I only used it for a month for my smoothies and the motor part broke. One of your representatives said it could be replaced if I pay a shipment charge. Then said she was having problems with her system and transferred me. I have spent multiple hours on hold and on the phone with some one to still not have anything resolved. Im tired of calling you all back and I have pics of how long Ive been on the phone with you guys. All I want is for Ninja to honor their warranty.

      I bought a Shark AV911S EZ Robot Vacuum with Self-Empty Base in July 2023. Within a few months, it quit working. I tried reaching out to Shark customer service. This was an extremely difficult process as it is near impossible to talk to a human. Once I finally reached someone, they said I would need a replacement. He stated that they would send me a box to return the defective item in. I never received the box. In the meantime, they cancelled my replacement. I was able to find out from another representative that they would not send me a box and I needed to find my own box. He did email me a return label at least. I immediately returned my vacuum. I have yet to receive my replacement. Every time I email them, I get the same response that they are sorry for the delay and they have escalated the request for my replacement to be released. Nothing has happened. I am frustrated that a new product would quit working with if a few months but a lot more frustrated that their customer service is lacking and I have yet to receive my vacuum or more than a form email that stated the exact same thing with obviously no movement on replacing my vacuum.

      Shady resolution from customer service. Their steam mop scalded my wood floors and they offered me a new product to replace the steam mop. I thought this was very nice customer service so I accepted. They did not and would not do anything to rectify the wood floor damage.

      It is ridiculous to need to spend an hour with support in order to verify my email to use my vacuum. I recently purchased the Shark Ion Robot. It has been a total pain to even get an accoutn created, which I shouldn't have to do in the first place to use my vacuum. Not to mention the setup process is horrible. I am now 1.5 hours in to setting up my vacuum and at this point it doesn't matter to me how well the vacuum actually performs. I'm sick and tired of every new product necessitating an account. I know these companies just want to sell my email to advertisers. Scum.

      I have enjoyed the shark ion robot. The main problem I had is that I cant get side brushes order instructions or a guide without having to go through the ************************** to get what I ask for. Which side brushes for listed parts. Im highly frustrated and disappointed. I have had Parkinsons disease for 25 years. Everything has become a nightmare to accomplish. Its taken me 2+ hours to type this article.

      Amazing customer service and care! My call was answered quickly and the technician helping me was able to identify the problem and help me solve it within a matter of minutes. She was polite and professional the entire time and when I had to have replacement parts ordered she made the entire process painless. I received my new parts in less than 2 days too!! I am so impressed with Shark and its customer service team!

      Terrible customer service, website says produts are avaliable that are not. Sent components to a vaccume then 4 weeks later told me the vaccume was sold out. **************** person seemed to not understand why I was frustrated.

      Awful customer service. Agents do not listen and are unwilling to help. Tried twice to get the issue resolved and nothing.
