      I've seen some horrible reviews, however I use to work in lawn care. With this being said, I know what's supposed to be done, and not!!! They did everything I could ever expect! Very good job!

      Run Forest Run. I just fired TLC. First, you cannot communicate directly with the office that maintains your yard. You have to go through a call center in Massachusetts. Second, and most important, the service reps have no idea what they are doing. I live in VA. They just completed the first service and left me a message(s). Said I was not home in a leaflet left at my door. Well, I spoke to the rep before he started work. The leaflet also said..."Seasonal dormancy...your lawn is browning due to heat related stress ...above 80 degrees. BS...it's early spring with temps in 50s. Then a comment on moss...There is a small patch on my driveway where I drain my pond. Give me a break. Then a comment on lime...no analysis, just saying I need lime. Again, give me a break. So I had called to complain. Manager I eventually got asked to come by the house on Monday at 9:00 am. I said ok. Didn't show up. Didn't call. Agreed to come by next day, which he did, and he started lecturing me on false expectations on my lawn as he said grass doesn't grow naturally until you get out to the midwest states. Can you believe this dude. I told him I was very disappointed and we went our separate ways. Called an alternative company. Polite. Understood my issues and understood why I fired TLC. Said they heard many complaints from their customers that had fired TLC. Again, you want to deal with them...go through Massachusetts as they won't give you a local contact number. Oh, I tried to get the local contact number ... lady on phone got rude and hung up on me. Run Forest Run

      I would give this company a negative star if I could.TLC, the Lawn Company, is not a good company. My recent interaction with your company left me deeply concerned and disappointed about the lack of respect and fairness extended to me solely based on discriminatory grounds. During this encounter, it became evident that I was being treated unfairly due to the race. This treatment not only violated my rights as a customer but also goes against the principles of equality and respect that should be upheld by any reputable company.Be careful with this company!

      Really bad customer service! I called (spoke to John J - probably a fake name) and honestly I was just trying to understand why after a year of application, full-service mind you including aeration and overseeding my lawn still is weedy and sparce. They told me on the line, after being cut off three times, that they don't improve the lawn they only maintain it! Ridiculous!. Really bad company in the service they provide and in customer service on the phone. I would definitely look elsewhere.

      Been providing 5 service + grub proofing for 3 years now. Never had a problem and the treatments appear to work.

      This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The service was extremely poor.The manager and assistant manager needs to be trained immediately . They defend each others rude customer service.They clearly need to understand that Customer Service is not a department, it is an attitude. Their attitudes were terrible and racist.I truly understand why this company is rated so low. They need immediate training. Thank you.I wish I had read the reviews before I used this service.*****************

      They were mowing our lawn weekly in ***. I had them plant a bunch of trees and bushes; guaranteed for a year; total cost $9,100. One Arborvitae ($395) died. They agreed to replant it but instead just stopped showing up. No more mowing, no notice. Terrible service. No responsibility. I contacted **** (originally ***********); no response from them and I cannot change my review on that site.

      Scammers - they never did service for me but charged me anyway. they came to my door twice both times i sent them away telling them i don't want their service.

      Terrible service I just received my last service the service tech pull up to my home and I'm sitting in my living room and never heard him pull out his service machine that next thing i know he left a bill on my door I know he didn't service my yard I will never deal with this t l c company again

      The branch located in **********, ** is Untrustworthy!!!! Got my final service done this morning and tech left invoice stating they fertilized my entire lawn but I saw him out the window and have him on camera doing not even HALF of my backyard. Have to wonder if this is what they did when I wasn't home!!!!
