      Buyer, beware terrible customer service call and I have no faith in their company. They have tried to rip me off for my money to separate occasions the first time my wife was at home and noticed the person out in the yard doing the lawn he was there for probably 15 minutes and was not spreading any chemicals on my lawn but lo and behold I got a bill, when I called in to complain about it, they told me that their machine broke down and they would send the guy back out at a later date to redo the application which they did but they billed me for services that they did not complete fast forward two applications later last week while out of town my ringtone camera went off I saw the van in front of my house. I saw the individual walk up to my door and put a bill in the door without taking any equipment out of his van or having any equipment on his van And again they left me a bill so when I called in to speak to a supervisor, I am told by a very rude customer service representative that the manager called me and left a message which he did not, and they were going to redo my application so my question was, how are you going to redo the application when you never did the application from the beginning so long story short I told him I dont want him on my property anymore and I no longer want their Service again buyer beware and be careful of these companies that you tried to hire

      This company is clearly all about money and not about servicing your lawn. First off, the billing is abhorrent. It is ridiculously complex and they do not have any online bill pay mechanism. They also do not send bills each month your payment is due. The services did not improve my lawn in any discernable way. I had a contracted price and called to cancel after 4 services. They sent me a bill and tacked on the original price for each service. They never mentioned any of that when I called to cancel. No sorry for your bad service or acknowledgement of any kind. They simply do not care about your lawn, or so it seems. I would strongly consider other companies and the reviews for TLC before starting service with them.

      The worst accounting customer service ever. I set up auto pay several times with company only to continuously be sent late notices by them. They went as far as saying I owed back payments thats why they couldnt set up service. But after review on their end I in fact did not owe them any back payments. After several customer service calls and the run around. I paid my bill and canceled service. I do not recommend as management does not know what the other business end of the company is doing.

      This is the third time TLC has killed our tomato plants, but we still have weeds in our lawn. When I called to let them know, there was never "I'm sorry" or "what can we do to make this right" NOTHING! So I told them I am canceling our service and all I got was "Okay". I guess they do not need customers.

      We switched to TLC simply because they were more affordable then other companies. However, the saying, "You get what you paid for" is 100% accurate. Since we switched over to their service this year, our lawn has never looked so terrible. I have actually had to contact them so a technician could retreat my lawn. It took them several phone calls to finally send out someone for a retreat service. I also have told them at the call center to please notify me when they come out and treat, no one does. I truly think they have not sprayed the lawn once. The call center workers are miserable to speak with. I always ask specifically what day someone will be out to treat and they say, "We have notified dispatch to send people out to treat so it should be within a week. Weather permitting." I then always have to make at least 2 more phone calls because no one showed up in the time frame they told me. They are just a terrible company. Not Reliable. No way to know when someone will be out to your house. Just simply horrible!

      I informed the technician that I didnt want to receive the renewed service. They showed up anyway and then billed me. I called to dispute the bill. One company rep told me it was fine and they would close the account and cancel the bill. I then kept getting bills. Finally it went to collection. Called to find out why I was told one thing and then continued to be billed. Barbara said because the service was done and I was required to pay the annual service automatically renews and I called after the service was done. I told her that I told the tech I didnt want the service and they billed me anyway. She was so rude and talking over me, I had to scream at her. She then hung up. I called and paid the bill but this company full of un professional snakes.

      Weve been super happy with TLC for over 7 years at 2 different homes. Theyre responsive and have been very effective at keeping our lawn looking great.

      TLC is not clear about their auto renew policy. I paid up front for one year and had no contract, payment method, etc to renew. I didnt think the service was great so I did not renew and moved on. They came out and did an application the next spring and left a bill. Nobody called, no warning. I called and left a message and emailed and got no reply. When I finally got someone in person they said they auto-renew. First I had heard of it. They are not clear, communication is very poor and the service was not great. I would not recommend this company.

      Very disappointed in there service I still have clover and weeds all through my yard. They have been out here 4 times to fix it and 3 payments later my grass still has weeds growing.
