      Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible experience. They sent me to collections before notifying me about my bill; not a phone call, letter, or email regarding my bill. Furthermore, they had my card on file and still managed to mess things up. Im very displeased with this company.

      I was just hung up on. I was speaking to ******* about how frustrated i was about my service with them he hung up on me. I have the worst lawn in the entire neighborhood. Please don't waste your money. They have no clue of what they are doing, they also increase the prices bu 20% and charged my credit card since it was automatic billing.

      This company should be out of business the billing system is a joke . They come to your home year after year even when u cancel with sorry service they still bill you customers service is rude . run away far away all they want is your money and not of the time they no show and no grass you get weeds RUN dont receive any service from this sorry company. Your regret it believe this post

      I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my money on this company. Not only did they do a poor job on my lawn, they have the worst customer service team I have ever had to deal with. I also had then automatic billing my credit card and when I cancelled the service they said I still own them money and now it is a higher amount because I cancelled before the season was done! When I called about the threatening to send me to collections letter their response was to read the paperwork.

      Dont waste your time. Their product is inferior or they dont put enough product down. My lawn has never looked worse. The last time they were here the tech knocked my gate to the pool yard off the hinges by running into gate with his machine. He then latched gate and left without cleaning up. When I went out to see the job he did I opened gate and was holding onto it. I called office in Wixom Mi and the so called manager came out, not looking to take ownership just out to lay the blame on the customer. I wished I wouldve saw the reviews first.

      DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!Canceled TLC in 2018 because of their confusing billing process & poor looking lawn. Received a letter 2022 asking for a 2nd chance. Decided to try them again. They charged me $59.76 late fees after I called the company to explain their billing to me. I was told I had a credit of <$5.12>. Same ***** last time and my lawn is the eyesore the neighborhood.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

      Deceptive business practices. Signed up for a season of lawn care. Then, after the season I paid for, TLC sent a tech that trespassed on my property, billed my me over $100 to spend 15 minutes on my .5 acre yard and then sent me a collections letter two months after the service. No emails. No phone calls. No indication that they intended to continue treating my lawn. When asked, I was told that I had to call them to cancel service even though I purchased a year of service (not a monthly or seasonal plan). AVOID TLC.

      I paid upfront for a year of service in 2021, my lawn did not improve in any way even though I followed all of their recommendations. I actually had more weeds compared to spraying myself. They also tore up my lawn with the riding sprayer they use to spray. So I didn't renew them in 2022, but they came back the this year without my authorization and sprayed anyways. I contacted them twice and told them I did not authorize an automatic renewal of their services and to stop, they didn't. They kept coming back until they racked up a couple hundred dollars then sent collection letters. This company is predatory, stay away.

      I have been using TLC for two years (in ****), and I have been pleased with the service and the results. The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is that there broadleaf weed control requires additional spot treatments. If the technician was a bit more conscientious about covering my side yard, I think TLC would not have to provide spot treatment. The rest of my yard looks fantastic and is flourishing. The GOOD news: TLC will come out and apply spot treatments - just ASK!The service is EXCELLENT, and TLC responds promptly and professionally for any problems I have had. Their plugging and overseeding has really transformed my backyard, especially where I had a lot of dead, patchy spots. I was using another company for two years prior to TLC, and their plugging and overseeding did NOTHING. That is why I switched to TLC, and, in just two years, I have seen a beautiful transformation of my backyard (which gets a TON of DIRECT sunlight most of the day).The BEST benefit: TLC is AFFORDABLE. I compared costs of all the services I was using previously to the same services with TLC. I am saving at least $400-$600 per year. The only service I didn't find cheaper is the mosquito control - so I just use Champion Pest Control for that. Make no mistake, for a truly healthy and vibrant lawn, you have to invest some time and money. TLC seems to be an AFFORDABLE and EFFECTIVE service to help keep my lawn healthy and vibrant.
