  The customer service is horrible! For years, the weeds were not killed, but all the flowers were killed in my lawn. I talked to a lady over the phone and ask them to call before coming, she asked me if I want to cancel the service, I said: No, not now. She asked me again: do you want to cancel the service. I said: I don't want to cancel now, I only want the guy to call me before coming. She said: Ok, i am cancelling your service, and she hung up the phone. I have not seen a company who kick the customer out.

  Terrible experience all around. Never saw a difference in my lawn while I was using them and so I cancelled. When I called to complain, they said they would give me a "complementary" service once and be done. I was then charged the next month for services. When I called to talked to customer service about a refund for the complementary service, they claimed that I NEVER called previously about any cancellations of services and refused to cooperate. They also claim that calls are being monitored/recorded yet they never asked my name or customer number but had no problem asking me for my credit card information. Super weird, they do not cooperate, and do not care about customers/customer service. Be careful and avoid using this company.

  Stay away from this company, don't waste your time or money. Find another company who will actually show up to perform your scheduled lawn treatments.

  This place is absolutely terrible to deal with, never show up on the specified day, then when you call to speak with someone, they just say sorry about and we'll have the branch manager call you in the 24/48 hours, and can't even reschedule the visit.. I have to always prep my yard and leave gates open for them otherwise they won't enter the backyard.They hardly lay any fertilizer down and are done in about 3 minutes? There is no difference in my lawn, the weeds are terrible, I should have done it myself this year..

  Very rude old cust rep answering calls. I almost never do reviews but this one here takes the cake. I have never been treated as poorly as i was yesterday from this company and i plan to put this on tik tok so more ppl know not to do business with them. I called to pay for services and update my form of payment being a customer for the past few years. The lady told me $53 when my mailer said $33. She did not explain the difference of why it was more. Then i asked to take the monthly payment option of 6 payments she told me no its full payment only. When i tried to tell her about the letter i recvd she insisted on not letting me talk and kept talking over me the entire call. By this time my husband hears it and says wow is she talking over you. I curse and say yes. The lady gets mad and i say Im not cursing at you but i need to speak to a manager , she says no youre not and i say well then i can cancel my service since you are very rude. She says you'll get a letter in the mail i dont care about you cancelling services. I hope this place goes out of business which from the other reviews wont be too long. Such a shame bc i was happy with their services and the old cranky lady need to be FIRED

  Worst experience ever. Paid for yearly service in advance. Two plus weeks later they finally came out and treated my lawn. The service tech seemed more interested in collecting golf balls in my yard than treating the lawn. I called customer service eleven days later to address the weed situation, and was told perhaps I need to hire a landscaper. They TLC cant address the bare spots and weeds that I have. Luckily I was able, at least I was told, I could get a refund. They had absolutely no interest to do what was necessary to correct the problems with my lawn. They are apparently a one size fits all provider. If it is an extra step, they will simply pass. They didnt even pretend to want my business. Worst experience ever.

  Unethical owners - Total lack of service no text message phone call or email returns services are started when you do not even renew any contracts and then you cannot reach them.

  Hired this company to take care of my lawn, first day the technician DIDN'T even cover the lawn with the contracted crabgrass, weed control or fertilizer; he was only onsite for 8 minutes, made one pass in my front yard on the edge and ran over my back yard the same amount, one single pass. I called to report, was told to call the service number by someone who really didn't care, called their customer service number was told he would be sent back that day or the next, he never showed up or called as I was told. These people need their license to do business revoked!Yes, I am firing them and hoping to get my first payment back since they did not perform to their contract.

  I would not hire this company again. The weeds stayed, and they killed my 5 yr old fire bush  last year. It was even separated by lumber as a marker for my deceased pets. They severely damaged a few of my front shrubs. I can't cut enough of it away, so it can look better, Don't use this company ever. I refused my last service, but they tried to send a guy. I was lucky I caught him and told him to leave. They owe me the money for the last service, and they have promised to return my money for months! They lied, and don't want to take responsibility for my damaged and killed shrubbery.

  The only they were good at was sending the bill. Weeds didnt die, they missed appointments, said they came when they didnt (I have several security cameras around the house on motion detection), sent a supervisor who ended up blaming me for the weeds! The company is a joke!
