  I have a low amount debt that I would like to pay right away. I cannot find any possible way to pay this online. Website will not load on any browser. Based on other reviews, paying by phone does not seem like a viable solution as they seem unlikely to send receipt of payment which I refuse to pay without.

  Worst customer service ever. They give an attitude for asking simple questions like **** I have an email confirmation of my payment?" The agent said "yes', however, what he sent me was a link to a payment portal. I made the payment over the phone with him yet they don't want to give you a simple confirmation receipt. I called them back and they said that it takes 8 days to get a confirmation of my payment. The money was drafted from my account and other ****************** give you a receipt immediately. They do not. Avoid them at all costs.

  they call me at least 2x a day, phone auto blocks the call. keep calling asking for my brother, who I've explained, never had this phone # (mine, which I've had for over 20yrs now) and he is also in federal prison for the next 10+ years. I've explained this to them at least 4-5 times and they continue to call, at that point I blocked the calls.

  I have never experienced a more frustrating and incompetent company than The CCS Companies, **** Their handling of debt collection is not only unethical but also highly questionable. Despite repeated requests, they failed to provide any legitimate documentation proving that I owe any debt. Instead, they resorted to incessant harassment through phone calls and misleading letters. Their customer service is a nightmare; representatives are rude and completely unhelpful, merely parroting back the same unverified claims without any real effort to resolve the issue. I am appalled by their lack of transparency and professionalism. This company seems to operate in the shadows of legality, and I would advise anyone to steer clear of their dubious practices. They are an absolute disgrace to the financial services industry.

  Total scam; overzealous debt collection agency that over-reaches the debts of one relative to all the other names they can find on peoplesearch. I have a deadbeat relative in another state that does not pay their bills. They attached my name (a distant relative by marriage) and use phishing to attempt to collect another's debts on innocent relatives with perfect credit scores. Basically, they swapped out all the relative's names, addresses hoping someone is dumb enough to pay a made-up debt that is not actually their own. Their predatory phishing starts after people move. If you moved, changed addresses, especially insurance providers, they start their scam. In my case it is identity theft and fraud.

  Yes. This is a deceptive company. I was disputing a bill with a ADT (which is another scam). I called CCS and they told me that if I paid the balance is full, they would not report it to my credit agency. However, AFTER they received my payment in FULL, they still reported it as a collection, but paid in full. This still caused my credit FICO to go down.

  I request via phone and written communication for proof of debt from EZ Pass. As I have an account in good standing, I knew this was not accurate debt. Per the Fair Credit and Reporting Act they are required to provide proof of debt. They refused. They should not be in business as they are scamming people and not legitimate in any way, shape or form. Even if the debt is accurate, work with original creditor not CCS.

  I called in to rectify a situation of a payment that was made back in December to ezpass that this company was trying to collect payment for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused. The lady that was assisting us was rude and disrespectful. Her name is ********************* and be aware if you get her on the phone she has no manners and is very unprofessional. I don't know why CCS has people like this working and representing their company. If I could leave a zero for review I would.

  This company is rude and nasty! They are not consumer friendly and do NOT report accurate information nor offer deletion even if you offer to pay the amount that isnt accurate. Oh and they dont have to honor your request to speak to a supervisor. If the company you initially owed sent your information to do, they nasty work too because they know these people are sharks!

  This company needs to be shut down. They do a lot of deceptive practices. I call and paid a collection we settled for a $438 on a $515 account.the same day they contacted the credit bureau and Sent in a new collection account for $77. They cause my credit score to drop. They are being sued. I have all the receipts.********************
