      I have never signed up for an account but have been charged monthly $16.95 since 12/14/2023. I only now noticed the charged on my bank account.

      Purchased a digital download on 11/21 that was supposedly an instant download. Paid instantly via ****** invoice W239894627 Transaction ID *****************. The advertised digital product is supposed to contain 4 videos, but only one was provided. I can't get anyone to return my call or even answer my simple question "Where is my download?". They are very quick to charge, but very slow to deliver. Very disappointing for a business that uses Christianity's name.The name of the product on the website is "The Case for Christmas: All 4 Video Sessions [Video Download]" which is misleading as you are only getting 1 video session.

Our downloads are made available right away once an order was placed and we see that all four were attempted to be downloaded on November 22 and that after you chatted us on November 23 we were able to reset the downloads for you and our chat agent reported that you were able to successfully download the files so we assumed this issue was resolved.

      I purchased a Bible from Christianbook.com last month. This month, I noticed a $16.95 charge to my credit card from Christianbook.com. When I called, I was told, to my great surprise, that I was enrolled in a $16.95/month rewards program. I asked to be un-enrolled and to be refunded for the $16.95 charge, and the merchant did both. Heres my complaint (apparently shared by other customers who filed complaints with the *********************: whatever mechanism Christianbook.com used to sign us up for these recurrent charges was deceptive. I would never knowingly agree to a $16.95 recurrent monthly charge for a rewards program. Its hard to imagine any individual customer who would. I check my orders carefully. On their website, after the fact, is no way that I can see to easily view this rewards program. Presumably, it pops up in a deceptive and innaparent way only when checking out.

      We recognize that sometimes its easy to miss those details at times,especially after completing a transaction, so we send a few follow up emails regarding an active Christianbook Rewards membership and a reminder when the initial 30 day free trial period is about to end. Were sorry if you missed those.

      I bought my husband a Bible on 8/22/24. I was charged $16.95 in September and October for a total of $33.90. When I called to cancel by phone, the first ****** couldnt find me, transferred me from the rewards to the order department. The order department barely let me say anything before transferring me back to the rewards department. After being on hold almost 15 minutes, the call ended on their end. Very frustrating.I will not be ordering from them in the future. As a ****** who orders for our church, I find their practices dishonest.

      Somehow I was unintentionally enrolled in the Christian **** Rewards program. The program charged me $16.95 a month for 6 months. When I reached out to the company, they cancelled the account, but said that I agreed to the charges, which I would never have done. Please help me obtain a refund. I am happy to upload proof of these charges.       I made a purchase from Christianbook website in April ******************************************************************************************* ***** per month. Ive just discovered it and want to be removed from the rewards program and have all charges removed from the 5 months that I was charged - May 22 - September 19 for a total of $84.75

      I was unaware that by buying products from this website included a subscription to this rewards program the cost of this service was $16.95, which was charged twice, once in July 22nd 2024, and again on August 19th 2024. The cost of the product I purchased was $73.02 on July 2nd. I have not received by email or text any confirmation of this purchase nor information on what benefits this subscription provides. I would 1, like to be taken off of this subscription list, and 2, if possible be refunded the full amount if $33.09. I do not regret my purchase, but this subscription I never knew about it, not want it.

      Since May 2023 I have been charged $14,95 from Christian **** Rewards. I have never created an account or ordered anything from the company. I have called and emailed in several time but have not gotten the issues resolved. They cant find my name, address, email or phone number. I even provided them the first 6 digits of the card number along with the last 4 digits, and still nothing. I am only one in possession of the card and somehow my card was used beginning in May 2023. I need some assistance.

It took a little research but we were able to finally match your credit card number with his details and request an account cancellation from Christianbook Rewards.       I purchased a book from Christianbook.com and they enrolled me in a rewards program and began billing my credit card for $16.95 a month. I sent and email to them regarding the charge and explained that I didnt mean to enroll in any rewards program and to stop billing my credit card to which they responded that they would stop the charges however they continued to charge my credit card every couple of days.

      I was enrolled in the Christian **** Rewards program at $16.95 a month after a legitimate purchase in Feb 2024. So for 6 months I have been auto charged $16.95 every month. I had NO idea that I was enrolled. I did NOT approve such a subscription as ti would make no economic sense for me. I do NOT have an account number or anything to remove myself from this online shady "program." ChristianBookRewards doesn't recognize my email, etc when I try to do it myself. I will NEVER order from this firm again. Please help me to be refunded what I am due. As for uploading supporting docs, how would I upload six different CC bills to show these transactions without then showing my CC number etc? I have NEVER received a real bill.
