      Their service is constantly not working. Paying almost 300 dollars a month for a service that continually goes out. ********** was a much better provider. I wish Breezeline never came to MD.

      Terrible customer service Representatives not helpful or knowledgeable. Cant ever speak to a supervisor Do not care about customer service. Make apologies but never resolve issues

      Absolutely atrocious customer service provided by customer retention section. Would not resolve a $5 recurring charge for equipment that I did not have; that their technical support team said I didnt have operating in my home. Insulted me, saying many older customers dont realize they have extra pods in their home or drawers etc. Chose to accept the technicians word that he did not take the device when he came to service my system over my word. Finally technical support team verified that I did not have the pod - after 3 days of arguing with worthless, unhelpful and insulting customer retention staff.

      Absolute embarrassment, you would have a better time connecting to mole people then their servers. Call them all you want they'll tell you they don't know and that's it. I hope to see this pathetic company bankrupt and the CEO begging for change on the street. It should be illegal that they make money on this garbage.

      Whenever the internet is working, the speeds are great. However, whenever you are experiencing issues with your connection, they do not know how to fix the problem. Multiple technicians come out for a repair that doesnt fix the issue. Chat support does not give you longer than 2 minutes to type an in-depth response before they disconnect your chat and you have to start over. Customer support is horrible.

      I'd select no stars if I could. Why am I not surprised to see a 1.08 out of 5 Customer Review Rating? Poor ******************** service. Poor customer service. They say they "understand" that we're having internet connectivity issues, but there's never any improvement. Plenty of lip service, but no improvement. Yet, the monthly bill arrives right on time. What are we paying for - frustration? I'd rather spend the money on my therapist so I have someone I can vent to once a month. Freezeline is a great example of how NOT to run a company. Going out of business would be an improvement. I'd have better communication with two tin cans and a string, or better yet, a cord of wood and a blanket I can use to send up smoke signals. Yes, it's that bad. For your own sanity, if you have other choices, eenie-meenie-mo to pick one of them, and I'd be shocked if they aren't better than what Freezeline passes off as "reliable internet" (their words, not mine).

      I cancelled my services in August with Breezeline and they have been taking money out of my account for the past 3 months due to autopay previously being set up on my account. Please do not use autopay with this company. I have been paying for two internet service providers and when calling to follow up with them and you can see that the service has not been used, they did not refund any of my money since this took place in AUGUST. Please be sure to check your accounts regularly to ensure this does not happen to you!! OVERPRICED AND LACKS INTEGRITY!!!! INTERNET outages frequently and not worth $120/month.

      I called about a payment being withdrawn from my account last month then returned. Then when I received my bill for this month I had a late fee of $10, a return check fee of $30, and a EFT reversal charge of $39.99 on my account. The money was there and taken them out back in my account. When I checked my bank statement I had 2 posted payments of $119.98 a combined total of $239.96 taken from my account within 2 days. The agent told me they were unable to return a payment back to me because I used auto withdrawal from a bank account and not a debit or credit card. Then told me that for my inconvenience of the issues I had last month that she could put a credit for the Late fee on my account so my bill will be $10 cheaper next month! $10 for all the issues you guys have created and that should have never happened. I am very disappointed in this service. I had to contact my bank and ask to dispute one of the transactions and thats not even a guarantee that I will receive that money back!!! Very upset with how things were handled.

      Why am I forced to have this horrible internet provider? Every comment on here is how bad their service is! SOMEBODY FIX THIS PLEASE!!!
