We have been customers of Alvin Hollis for almost 40 years. They have attended to many heating emergencies at our home during that time. They have always been highly responsive to our needs. We recently needed a new oil furnace and *********************** worked with ** to find the right solution. *** and his staff followed up several times to ensure that we were happy with the new system and that is was working properly. ****, ***** and ****** showed knowledge and skill, commitment and professionalism in each of our encounters. 5 starsWe have been a satisfied customer since the mid '70's. Have upgraded our furnaces/guns etc, replaced a tank or two, annual winter season tune **** and we use the annual budget plan to handle expense of ongoing fuel deliveries. All efforts over time have been HIGHLY SATISFIED.The office team, delivery staff personnel and all technicians have always been, helpful and equal to the tasks at hand. 5 starsMy husband and I have been using Alvin Hollis since we bought our house in ****. We wouldn't think of using anyone else. Their service is great, their employees wonderful. When we first moved in our furnace died in the middle of winter and they were able to get another one installed the very next day. And just recently we needed a new oil tank. Again the people and service we got were wonderful. I wouldn't expect anything else from Alvin Hollis.Review fromJerald W

5 starsWe have used Alvin Hollis for years - everything from regular oil delivery to larger jobs like full replacement of a boiler and hot water heater. They are always punctual, friendly, and clean up after the job is complete. We lost hot water a few years ago and they did everything they could to rush parts and get the issue fixed quickly because we had a baby in our home. That will always stand out to me. 5 starsI recently had a new Oil Furnace, A/C Compressor, and Oil Tank installed in my home by Alvin Hollis. They allotted two days to finish the work and it was impressively done in one day by the crew. They took the time to explain to me everything that was being done and answered all of my own questions to my satisfaction. They cleaned up their materials and left the area in great shape. 5 starsI just had 3 mini splits installed. The entire job was handled by one technician. My compliments mostly go to this young man who was an A+ representative for Alvin Hollis. 5 starsHave used Alvin Hollis exclusively for 30 years. Most recent work on this summer on my Central Air Conditioning unit was done rapidly with polite and professional workers. Done in less time than predicted, they cleaned ** all areas they worked in and made sure the unit was operating properly and that I was satisfied prior to leaving. Will use and recommend Alvin Hollis in the future.**************
