5 starsI had an oil fired boiler that was installed around ****. I have lived in my house for 54 years. figured it was time to get a more efficient boiler installed. I have been an Alvin Hollis customer for more than 22 years. They have given me excellent service all these years. I called in to Alvin Hollis and was referred to *************************. He came to my house looked over my monster boiler listened to my requirement (raise boiler above floor zone valves etc.) told me what they could do for me and would send me a quote . he sent me the quote whiten 2 days and a schedule for when the job could be done. the removal came on the day scheduled and the installation started the next day. the techs showed up the next day. ************************* and **** did an outstanding job. the were professional courteous knowledgeable and were great craftsmen. We were Alvin Hollis oil customers for 45 years, and were highly satisfied. They came out on many a subzero night when we had no heat. Since 2018, we've lived in a condo with central air, heated with hot water by gas. Two years ago, ** replaced our obsolete failing original AC system. They gave a detailed estimate, arrived on time, got the job done in one day. They were efficient, quiet, extremely neat and courteous. Last month they replaced our failing 21-year-old boiler. Again: a detailed estimate, they arrived on time and got the job done in a day. They laid cloths to cover the floors between the outside door and the boiler room. Again, efficient, quiet, very courteous and cleaned up from a messy job so thoroughly that you'd never know they had been there. This is one of those old family-owned businesses -- totally dependable, with high standards and great customer service. We recommend them highly for any HVAC job.

5 starsAlvin Hollis installed a heat pump system replacing our failed AC unit. ****, the technician, was very communicative and friendly explaining what was happening. He was also very "neat" with covers on carpet to minimize any dirt from the outside. 5 starsMy family has been a customer of ********************** for generations. The company is extremely reputable and literally has come to my home within hours if I needed them day or night. They offer a budget plan which I love, so you can count on what you will pay for oil monthly, with the annual account paid in full within 11 months. I recently discovered I would need to replace the original oil tank from ****. Within 3 hours of that discovery, the representative was out, starting the process, and the job was completed without a hitch the next week. I recommend Alvin Hollis without reservation. I have been a customer of ********************** for more than 50 years. They are knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They recently installed a new ductless air conditioning system in my home. Reviewed air conditioning options with Alvin Hollis sales representative at our house, and decided to have a ductless ********** system installed. A detailed proposal, including cost, was prepared by Alvin Hollis that was clear and complete.A contract was completed, and a timely installation schedule was agreed to. Ordered brand new central air conditioning units from Alvin Hollis since my old units died. Technicians came out within a week and installed a brand new system in one day. Very professional and courteous. While they were installing the A/C they noticed that my water heater was leaking. It was 15 years old. I had them come out 4 days later and they installed a name brand new water heater in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the price for each system and the quality of work.
