    The test arrived quickly, and the package contained clear instructions for every step of the process. I returned the test and tracked it through its arrival at CDI. I received confirmation from CDI that my test had arrived and results would be sent to my doctor within 2 days. I havent heard back from my doctor yet, but this delay has nothing to do with CDI.

    I have had to have a SIBO tests 3 times in the last few years. It has always come back positive. I find the test very easy to do. It is explained in detail. Just waiting for the results on the one I took a few weeks ago.

    Still waiting on results. They dont answer their calls. My doctor ****** called me asking me why I havent taken this test yet even though I sent it the first business day after receiving it.

We are a bit behind on voicemails currently due to having a couple team members out, however we are answering them all in the order they were left.

    Worst customer service Ive EVER dealt with. First the breath test was delivered soaking wet throughout the inside of the box (which obviously isnt their fault), BUT, I called them that day leaving a detailed message about it so they can resend one, and never heard back, needing to call them back a couple more times, and nothing. So I had to ***********.s office to let them know that I cant do the test for this reason, and luckily they had a breath test kit there, which I drove out to their other office to get. Then I take the test 2 weeks ago, shipping it to this lab *** immediately after taking it, and I tracked it until it arrived 9 days ago. I again tried calling them since they told the doctors office when they called the lab after it had been there already, and again no call back. It took several days of the staff at the doctors office to get someone there to comprehend what they were telling them as far as the breath test being the one they (the dr) gave me since the one the lab sent was damaged and wouldnt be valid. Then this last Friday I got the $199.00 charge from them (one week after it had been delivered there to them) that told me they were finally running the test, and now, 3 days later I got an email thanking me for trusting them and that theyll be sending results to the doctor (who knows when). BUT, now its 2 weeks after taking the test, and it clearly says its valid for 2 weeks. Thank God the staff at the doctors office are aware of all of this, as theyve also been trying to deal with it. My doctors office also told me they will know by the results when they come in if they are invalid due to it taking so long, getting contaminated somehow being there this long, etc. I NEVER leave a bad review, but this was the worst experience Ive ever had. They have absolutely 0 customer service. They shouldnt even be charging me for this with their lack of caring. There was not issues like this with lab the office used to use.

    We apologize for the inconvenience created by not returning your call in a timely manner and are grateful that your physician's office was able to provide a replacement kit. Unless you called via a different number, our records show two voicemails left, one answered next day and a second (regarding your damaged kit) that was accidentally missed. I do apologize as this is obviously not ideal and did cause additional work on your end to get the additional kit from the physician's office. 

    Additionally, there was correspondence with your physician's office regarding completion of your test and the result report as the test kit number we had on file for you was not returned. The physician's office then clarified that you were given a replacement kit and provided the new tracking number. The results of your test were reported to the physician's office on 1/31/2024. I have already reached out to ensure this was received & to resend if needed. If you would also like a copy of the report for your records, I can send the ***** release form required to your email.
