      If I could leave a half a star, I would. Was promised from the get-go I would be involved every step of the way my husband needed a wheelchair and was prescribed one by his doctor through this so-called company. They scheduled an appointment with me last June then a few days before called and said they would not be coming in to check my husband now and find out what suited his needs best. They assured me they would let me know as soon as they had a date, another date available never happened They came did that notify me when they were coming. Can you put my husband through a series of useless questions very very nosy and arrogant man that showed up I called and complained because I was told they would let me know so that I could be there their reaction was we had somebody that was willing to come, and there was no way to call Ahead of time. So after many many months, they called saying they had a wheelchair for him never sent pictures like they promise so that I could make sure it was right for him because we live in a small non-handicap accessible home. They told my husband that they would send me pictures to my email that would never happen never received any phone calls. They delivered this to the to the house could not get it in the front door. Had to take it apart in order to get in and out of the house it came apart in four pieces one which was very heavy wouldnt that fit in my car was told in the beginning. They had something that could hook on the back of my car never offered that. Did not properly bill the insurance companies. It took up space space in the home. He could not use it in the home because it was so big. He called them and asked them to pick it up. It took them weeks to do so. Then after it was returned, received three invoices each one totaling $227.96. Even received a notification that the wheelchair was received but yet received these three invoices so I called was told oh you have a zero balance in each of these invoices.

      Nu motion The worst electric chair **mpany! I had their tech **me in to see my chair that isnt Charging properly less than 1yrs old The tech said It the charger in joy stick i need new one - I called get excuse part notbin ? 3 weeks now? Im sick and tired of Nu motion lies I never picked nu motion ** I eanted another but when i went to my health insurance ** They chose numotion i told them i heard bad things about **-& not its true! Im calling my health insurance to see if i can switch **s! And my insurence ok part too yet they dont have it in? Bunch of lies now3 weeks!

      Once again, Numotion has let me down.On April 11, 2025, I contacted Numotion by phone, and spoke with a **************** representative to schedule an appointment for repair of my wheelchair. I received a confirmation text letting me know that an appointment was scheduled for April 22, 2025, and that the technician would contact me via text and email the day before (April 21st) to give me a window of time within which he would arrive to repair my wheelchair.After not receiving the promised text or email, I reached out to Numotion by phone this morning (April 22nd) to find out when the technician would arrive. At that time I was informed by the **************** representative that my appointment had been cancelled by a "remote technician."I will be looking for a new wheelchair company to get my next wheelchair from. For a company that is supposed to be HELPING people with disabilities, I feel that Numotion's business practices actually PREVENT people with disabilities, like myself, from having a reasonable quality of life.Where to begin? From cancelling appointments without informing me, to ordering the wrong parts, to causing me to sit around waiting for hours for a technician to arrive, the overall service and communication from Numotion has only gotten worse in the past 8 years that I have been dealing with them. I spend at least 12 hours per day sitting in my wheelchair - Living with a disability and relying on a wheelchair for my everyday living is difficult as it is. Throw into that mix the uncertainty and terrible communication from Numotion, and I feel that the challenges of my disability have doubled in size. Numotion seems to have a monopoly on mobility products in this area [***************], yet they do not consistently keep their service commitments, they do not communicate with the people for whom they are supposed to be providing service, and they do not respect the time of those they are supposed to be helping.

      I gave this a one star but should be none. Our insurance said we had to deal with *********, we had always had Hoveround and they were great. In 6 months time the bolts that held the seat back up broke almost throwing my husband in the floor. I was able to catch him. Then after that it just stopped in the yard and I had to rescue him with the golf cart. Both times the repair wait was 2 to 3 WEEKS He had polio and cannot walk or stand at all. These people do not care, they just want their money. I will never buy from them again.

      Everyone beware of this company they have a person named **** working for them that blatantly lies to sell a chair for $88,000 to my husbandhe should be ashamed. The whole company should be ashamed of yourself. This is not the end of this we are planning on suing! They brought a chair out here did not even measure my husband or our home had a PT online, which is totally unprofessional. The chair does notfit him. Put three holes in my wall. They better get it fixed. Stay away from this company. Its a scam.

      If there was an option for 0 stars, I would click on it. I am a provider for healthcare services in the ** Piedmont Area. Ive tried using Numotion on 2 occasionsthe first was awful and the second was disastrous. They expect the providers to do all the leg work. They are ambulance insurance chasers and recommend equipment to individuals and parents of children without first discussing the patient needs with their providers (yet they still try chasing down medical necessity paperwork from the provider). Also, poor customer service. Dont fall for their 4+ star rating on their own website. Look at the Better Business Bureau, Yelp and Reddit listings for real responses.

Secondly, why not have a customer service representative actually write a response or possibly follow up individually with those who have concerns or even positive praise with your business practices. It's the same response each and every time. Why the * would I try to contact you when I have an "after the fact" review? You can't even respond to me or your clients timely even when there is money to made for your company. *33323239383438393836* should be closed or at least sold to the highest bidder. Sorry to say that but I'm speaking on behalf of a lot of healthcare organizations who have used your services. Anyone reading this should not use *33323239383438393836*.

      Numotion is doing everything to prevent my husband from getting his wheelchair. Now I am told that they can't finish the order because he is in the hospital for aspirational pneumonia. This is caused by not having a proper wheelchair to sit in which he needs to do for 2 hours after each stomach feeding. The loaner we have is so uncomfortable, he cannot use it.

      I am in a wheelchair and numotion is constantly denying my request for repairs due to bugs that got in my chair and my father exterminate my chair with pesticides and pressure washed my chair at the car wash and everything numotion still denies my request for repairs. I moved to another apartment to move away from the bugs numotion still denies my repair request.

      Im set up on a payment plan and not only are they making me pay for faulty parts (Casters) that should have been under warranty they have cancelled my order 3 times for non payment! Im still on a payment plan!! I will definitely be asking my new insurance provider for an alternative solution and I would not recommend doing business with these crooks.

      It has already been addressed and taken care of. The issues I had as well as most of the issues that the other reviews are having should have never happened! Your company has **** to learn about customer service and support. Im sorry for coming across like an *** but, it is what it is.
