      Ive been dealing with this company for several years now. Ive never seen such a complete disregard for the needs of a customer. My power wheelchair has needed service several times of the years. There is always a month or more wait time for a tech to be sent out (I do not drive) to investigate the problem and then another wait time ( the last was 8 months) to actually get the parts delivered and installed. Im now being forced to wait for a battery charger for my chair. One month out for the tech to come look at it. My chair batteries will die in the next day or so. They dont seem to care that Im totally immobile without the chair. If you have the choice to use a different company do it. Numotion is uncaring and doesnt deserve your business.

      Back in ********* my primary care doctor had put in an order for a electric s**oter after many falls due to my cancer. I was told my s**oter wouldnt be ready till November because it was being made specifically for me. Sept 5th I was hospitalized due to a ********* fracture again due to my cancer. My case manager had **ntacted Numotion and was told by tiresa it wouldnt be ready till November. Sept 13th 2022 they in fact delivered my s**oter HOWEVER the tech that came out to measure sent me a link with the s**oter I would be receiving. When delivered, I had infect recieved that s**oter minus the battery pack that was listed on the link. The guy delivering it told me this battery only last up to 6miles. After using it in my home for an hr I was already on the yellow. I then **ntacted ****** and explained to her that this battery isnt going to last me very long. She in return said ****************** wont replace the battery just cause you dont want to charge it. I was upset and felt discriminated. I immediately **ntacted my insurance **mpany to file a grievance. I have children at home, one of special needs that loves to spend time at amusement parks which now we can only go 4hrs at a time. Having a battery that wasnt what I was told I was getting and only lasting a short time, I felt **mpelled to say something to my insurance **mpany due to how I am being treated. This s**oter was prescribed for my safety and my childrens. I received a letter from my insurance **mpany stating they had spoken to Numotion and that Numotion would be **ntacting me to solve the issue on Oct 11th,2022. After waiting for a call for over a week I finally **ntacted Numotion. ****** **ntacted me and told me to bring the s**oter in and they would fix the battery issue. On Sunday Oct 16th 2022 I went to ****** scary farm and used the s**oter out in public for the first time and the battery only lasted 4hrs and we had to leave. I lost money Because of this. and no call back on the 11th so I **

      This company sells junk! The ***** electric wheelchair, which was purchased in Oct. 19,2019 is laying on my front porch in two pieces. The seat assembly separated from the base unit. I have repeatedly contacted this company for resolve. The company representative always promised to assist, but the date of their assistance has not occurred. They are not trustworthy, nor do they place the customer first.

      NuMotion has provided me two wheelchairs, Two wheelchairs, neither of which were of acceptable workmanship nor transported me from point A to point B reliably/safely. Unsure how they stay in business. If you're not ambulatory, beware of this company. They are not a wheelchair-confined person's friend.

      I got a wheelchair from them December 31st and it had defective parts and I had told them since delivery parts were wrong then for the last 7 months they have missed appointments delayed appointments have not gotten the correct parts and after 5 service technicians have been out I still don't have the right parts and have had to spend 300$ out of pocket fixing this chair and still haven't received the correct parts

      ******** and ******** and other insurances are definite barriers for consumers to meet their needs in the durable medical industry. I am a quadriplegic and rely on my chair as both my arms and my legs. You would think that technology for wheelchairs and head controls would improve over the years but it has actually deteriorated in reliability and utility. ******** ******** have been slashed and the insurance structure requires long waits for repairs to be approved and parts shipped which leaves people like me stranded for weeks and months without use of a wheelchair. Numotion makes the systemic situation much worse because it is almost impossible to reach someone that knows about your particular situation. You call Numotion and invariably you are on hold for hours only to reach someone from another state that knows absolutely nothing about your Unique situation. Then you do not get a call back for days if you leave your number. It is their policy to demand your insurance number every single time even though you might speak to them on the phone several times a day just to get a call back number and even though they have your insurance number already in their system. Numotion has taken a broken system and has made it even more dysfunctional than it is.
