  This review covers multiple repair visits over many years. Having an essential household appliance serviced is never fun. The expense, time spent, delay, and inconvenience makes for a bad day. But, I am always happy to remember that Same Day Service is available to perform knowledgeable and fast repairs. Usually, they are "same day" in every sense, and I have had repairmen show up after 7:00 pm to fix a dryer. I am just glad that these guys are around to make things right. I should add that each and every repairman has stated (because I always ask) that they are very happy working for Same Day, and some have said they would not work for anyone else, given a choice. I have found that this makes for a better job done, and a more pleasant transaction.

  SDS worked diligently to fix my leaky dishwasher, making multiple trips and staying late to make sure it was fixed. Ive used this company many times on many different appliances and they always come through. I never call anyone else!

  They specifically advertise services to Dorchester, Ma but when you call to set an appointment they state they do not serve that area anymore.

  Im very impressed by the way Same Day Svcs operates their business. Customer ********************** was excellent and really super responsive. Our service technician **** was very knowledgeable and I was very confident in his assessment and explanation of needed repairs.Great Team!

  On time, pleasant, up-front pricing once the problems were diagnosed, ordering parts and replacement, focused, professional. There was a tricky method to remove a cover panel, and the tech did not want to plow ahead and risk damage to the refrigerator, so he contacted his tech support at the home office to get the info he needed. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
