    Took a month to get them and they sent the wrong size. Cant reach anyone to return. Dont recommend wasting your time or money.

    I would rate them 0 stars if I could! This is a scam. Same experience as everyone else here. It took 2 months to receive boots and the size was so small you cannot get your foot info it. Despite advertising a "return within 30 days if not satisfied" policy, they offered me 20% of the cost of the items back. When I said this was not acceptable, they offered me 15%.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ADVERTISE A LOT ON INSTAGRAM AND *********

    I ordered size 7.5 mini brown colored boots for my daughter on Cyber Monday. They came in time for Christmas, but were too small. I am a 7.0 and they are too small for me. The size on the boots only says 38. They must be a 6.5 or 6 as my toes can't straighten. Anyway, when asking for a shipping label to return, their response was it is only 30 days. So if you got them for Christmas, you havd to return immediately AND you have to return them not to the CA address, but to *****! In the email the person told me I could find someone that could wear them as an option! Umm take your wrong size boots and crappy return policy, and ...

    Do not order from this company!! They sent me the wrong size, then offered me 10% back instead of returning the item to *****, when my order came from **********. Even after sending confirmation of the size I ordered, they still refused to pay for shipping costs back to them. Took 30+ days to receive order! Complete scam all the way around!

    I ordered the tazmin slippers and mini boots size 9. The boots came 2 months after ordering and I cant fit my foot in them. Adult size 9!! The slippers never came. Dont have them. I reached out to the company. They said because they ship from ***** they can offer me a 20% discount. Or I can ship the shoes back at my own cost. I cant ship slippers back I never got. My size 8 Uggs are 2 sizes bigger than the size 9 I got from this place. Not even close. They wont fix their errors. Just offer a 20% coupon to buy more falsely advertised products

    The absolute worst mail order experience ever!! And that saying a lot considering everything I exist on is from mail order. I ordered the boots 12/2. Still do not have them as of 1/16!!! No tracking info or updates provided. Complete bs responses when attempts have been made to contact them. Major sham business!! Order elsewhere!!! NOT FROM THESE CROOKS!!

    If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I ordered boots on 12/2/2023, and have yet to receive them. They shipped on 12/5, and I have yet to see them. I have emailed Boston Boots several times, and have never received a response. I would never recommend purchasing anything from them to anyone. The customer service is non existant, and I have no idea if I will ever see my boots.
