    These mini boots are very poor quality and took at least 3 months to receive. Size is smaller by at least a half size. Will not order again from this company. Wish I had read the reviews first.

    Terrible company if you can even call it that. Still waiting after 2 months. Automated responses. Fortunately went through Paypal and notified them. I never order through a website unknown to me but my daughter wanted the boots. Do not . repeat Do not have anything to do with this sham. No stars ( maybe negative ones)

    DO NOT ORDER. I would give 0 stars. They stole my credit card info the day I placed my order. Its been 2 months and I have no boots, fake tracking info in emails. Avoid!

    Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered on 1/29 and still have not seen the boots, just automated emails. I wish I checked here first. I will never get my money back now I'm sure!!!!!!!

    I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered the mini boots, it took 8 weeks to receive. I took them out of the bag to try on and the tag on the back to help slip on broke immediately! I tried to return them with no success. I sent pictures upon their request and received no response. I requested a address to return, also no response. Needless to say I am out my $$ and they are going in the trash. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Horrible product.Horrible customer service.Will not accept returns so I lost a credit card dispute because I didnt have an address to return the product. Infuriating.

    I really want to give NO stars! Do not buy from them!!!!! They took my money and never sent me the boots!! The emails are automated and they havent responded once to my concerns or inquiries!

    Please do not order from Boston Boots- they advertise they are located in ******* ********** but that is a PO BOX ****** space. The company is located in *************** in ***** . they advertise free shipping to entice you, however, if you want to return the item - you can't. You are offered a discount towards another purchase. I bought ****** slippers for my niece - they are not what she wanted. I asked for a full refund - I was told by ******, ******, etc. - that I need to return the slippers to ***** and I would be responsible for shipping fee - the shoes were $40 ( yes arrived late same comment as below ) and to ship back to ***** - ****** confirmed it would cost me $92.00 . I will be following up with Atty ******* ****** .....spread the word please. *********************************************************************************

    DO NOT purchase from this company located in ***** with a name that makes it look like it is in *****************. My daughter purchased a pair of shoes and tried to return them because they were the wrong size. They offered her a very low return value PLUS they are trying to make her pay for return shipping to ***** (which is a fortune). After weeks of back and forth e-mails, the *** representative in ***** is now telling us that we are outside the return window and cannot get any of our money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!

    DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. SUPPORT ******** MADE COMPANIES AND NOT THIS C*** FROM *****. I wish I had checked here before I ordered my boots. It took over a month to get the boots and what a surprise they sent me a completely different boots that I ordered. If it's too good to be true, believe it that it's a scam. The boots that they sent me is the worst quality I have ever seen.
