      Waited on hold for over 20 minutes to file a claim only to talk to someone who didn't have the first idea how to help me find the policy info that she herself requested, and promptly hung up on me when I requested a transfer to someone who could assist better.

      Nothing but constant rate increases! We've had no claims the past year yet, they raised our auto over $700 and our home $400!!

      Lol what a joke. We had a car accident that was 100% the other party's fault. We have the police report that states she was at fault and she was given a written warning. There is also dashcam video. Yet Hanover is disregarding all this and is trying to say it's a 50% 50% at fault. How can that be when our vehicle was hit by the other car. She was also able to drive away whereas we had to be towed away. Lawyer time now. How unprofessional.

      Great company , I have had absolutely no issues.During a horrible wind storm we had a couple of years ago we lost many trees a few on my pole barn they were here quick and cleanup began with in days.
