      Hanover Insurance Group claimed great fraud benefits initially until I had to deal with fraud. Be careful as they do not have any additional fraud benefit than what your financial institution already covers.

      Hanover/Citizens were very responsive and supportive in scheduling a collision appointment and car rental. They explained and processed our claim and sent us a check quickly. Everyone we talked to or emailed was very helpful. The only reservation I have is that I would have liked some advance warning of the extra cost for covering the new vehicle. Other than that we are completely satisfied.

      So far so good. Had one accident that wasnt my fault. Hanover took care of it in a timely fashion. If only the body shop couldve been as fast.

      The first adjuster we were assigned to told us our water damage from sump pump failure would not be covered even though it was in our policy. We were assigned a new adjuster and he ignored our phone calls and voicemails. He never gave us a straight answer as to how much they would cover for repairs and remediation. Our contractor project manager had to call him and finally got an answer. His boss was rude when attempted to bring our concerns up. I will never recommend Hanover and have told as many people as possible about the horrible service we have received and battle just to approve and pay a claim that we had coverage for.
