I paid $1700 for 120 leads that Jennifer at Qazzoo said were guaranteed and could be claimed over a 7 month period. Also said a top-notch CRM was included.
I am in month three and haven’t received one lead except the one lead that’s a bogus lead they sent me twice. I know this because when I called the “lead” Christian at Qazzoo answered the phone.
The “CRM” was a sham, not even with an idx/datashare option. So wouldn’t even show what was on the market with any accuracy whatsoever. Company is they use is called **** ******. As requested I sent them a file with all my leads two days later I clicked my own website and it went to another Oregon brokers site who they probably sold my leads to for all I know. Sickens me to think about it.
The sales representative Jennifer who sold me the 120 leads I’ve called leaving voicemails and texted again and again telling how I’m getting no leads at all months into this and she will not even respond.
I finally called and spoke to Mickey and explained the details and that I did not get what we had bargained for in exchange for $1700 and would like a refund. She told me “We don’t give refunds.” Wouldn’t acknowledge that I wasn’t receiving any leads and told me I could log in and out of their site and all together blew me off..Business Response

When I initially decided to subscribe to Qazzoo, I was assured that there was a need for agents in my county and was presented with an opportunity to purchase 50 leads for two counties, each priced at $299. However, my experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. I would like to outline the specific issues I have encountered:Failure to deliver promised leads: Despite paying for 50 leads, I have only received a fraction of the live leads promised. To make matters worse, a significant number of the leads provided were unresponsive or unaware of the reason for our calls. This has significantly hindered my ability to connect with potential clients and has rendered the service ineffective for my needs. This has been the worst lead service I have ever tried. Customer service is great but they can deliver the number if leads promised.Business Response

This service is a total SCAM! They do not provide real information. If someone answers, they have no idea why your are calling, or your are provided false information. I have asked for a rep to call me, but they never do, and when you call customer service, it goes to voicemail. They do not provide the service promised AT ALL.
I've spent $1800 and the leads have been nothing but trash.Business Response

I was told I would only be charged for 1 month by the rep and when I went to cancel the rep said oh no you signed up for 3 months which I never agreed to do. The company does not give good leads as all the individuals that I called who answered said they were not interested in purchasing a home.Business Response

I started using Qazzoo on Aug 22,2022. We started with the intent of only trying it for a month and then our rep urged us to sign a 6 month contract and quickly realized this lead service is not legitimate and they do not provide actual leads. They only want to take Realtors money but never provide an actual service. We reached out in September and asked to be refunded because we were unhappy with the service and they told me too bad that i'm locked in to our 6 month contract and there wasn't anything they were willing to do about it. Me and ***** ******** each signed up for 6 months and paid over $1,000 each. When I tried to find a copy of our signed agreement in my email it is no longer available to view. We just want to be refunded so that we can use those funds to invest in an actual lead company.Business Response

I paid $1000 for credits to unlock for leads a few years ago. I was still using those credits as of earlier this year and still have over 150 credits remaining totalling a value of more than $450 remaining from my original purchase. The company switched their policy now to a subscription based model and are requiring me to spend $399/month to access my remaining credits that I already paid for in full. I have in writing the discourse and nobody will answer the phone at corporate sales or support. Voicemail only and I've called several times and have requested from their email sales rep to speak with management as the sales rep has clearly spelled out the change in their terms and conditions but still it has not been possible to speak with anyone from the company. They currently owe me over $450 and their leads never seemed to be real in the first place which is why I was using them slowly. They don't convert but I still wanted to try but now they a blatantly telling me I need to pay for their subscription to access my earlier paid for lead credits. They owe me over $450 currently.Business Response

Built into the sale was a time frame of one month to use the
leads.
As the client stated, it has been several years. The client
last paid for the account in 2017. The client was allowed to claim leads up until
2022. We even allowed them to return leads that they did not want during this period.
We allowed the client numerous years of unpaid access in an attempt
to exceed any expectations. There will be no refund.Initial Complaint

On December 2, 2022 a salesman called me. A few days before I asked Justin, if Qazzoo offered a payment plan, he did not know. He called back and said he had good news for me, that Qazzoo does offer a 6 month payment plan at $279.00 a month for 60 real estate listing leads. During our conversation, I said to Justin that he sounded a bit different from the previous person I spoke to named Justin. He reassured me that I was speaking with the right person. We then agreed on a payment plan for $279.00 a month for 6 months for 60 leads. The next day I received an alert that my credit card was debited for $2544.00. I panic and email/called Qazzoo and my bank to alert them that a fraudulent charge went through on my account. I emailed Qazzoo and Nikki from Qazzoo called back. She arguing with me stating her believes and had never listened to our "recorded conversation." I requested from Nikki that she should go back and listen to my recording and she has never returned my call. I am very disappointed on how Qazzoo handled this situation. I would not think a real estate lead generation company would want steal from an agent in the industry they serve. It's like they intended to steal from me. I reached out to Justin and his phone number is disconnected. I never heard back from Justin nor Nikki, over 30 days ago. Is this how Qazzoo handle there accounts? Qazzoo should do better and refund my money in behalf of there negligence. I do not believe they mistaken drafted $2544.00 that I have never authorize them to draft. If it was a mistake on their end, they can easily refund my money. I also ask Justin to measure me that this transaction is a one time transaction after the 6 months is complete and I am not subscribing to there service. he said it was not a subscription. Again that was another lie he told. If you look at the receipt it will show that its a recurring subscription. Qazzoo, please share the transcripts of our recorded conversation with the BBB.

A review of the sales call showed that our billing procedure
could have been made clearer for the consumer.
Today we attempted to remedy the situation by issuing a full
refund. Unfortunately, the client has blocked us from accessing their card,
this includes refunds.
An attempt to reach with the client was met with voicemail.
We strongly encourage the client to reach out to Customer

They committed credit card fraud. I changed my payment method and had my original one removed. Due to an error in my new card, it failed so they took it upon themselves to re-add my removed card and charge it. That tells me that they illegally stored my card number even after I have written proof of my request for it to be removed.Business Response

The alternate card on file was used to keep the account current when the other card declined and the client was non-responsive. There was no attempt at deception.
The client has since spoken with the client services manager and a refund was issued.

I am getting a large number of unsolicited sales calls and was told by one sales individual that my information is listed on Qazzoo.com. I have never registered with this company nor given them permission to list my personal information. I have tried contacting the company but their Customer Service line only goes to a voice mail. They have been unresponsive to my messages to delete my information from their website.Business Response

On 2 separate occasions this individual has visited an affiliate of Qazzoo and completed an optional contact form. Per the terms of that contact form the consumer's information was shared with Qazzoo. The first time was from IP ************* on 1/14/2021 and the second on 12/31/2022 from IP *************
The client's information has been purged from our system. We strongly recommend that the consumer not complete contact forms, if they do not want to be contacted.

When I signed up with Qazzoo I told them I would try it for 30 days and I was promised 25 leads per month. I got half that and they were all low quality leads with poor credit. I asked for a refund and then was told I signed a 3 month contract which I did not. They said their was some additional service that I signed up for with a website and never said anything about additional commitments. The representative was very deceptive when trying to get me to sign up with this service not giving me the full information. I specifically indicated to him I was only trying this service for 30 days. I looked back at the contract and it specifically stated month to month. They will not provide a refund to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Customer Service is horrible and they only take your money!!IBusiness Response

A copy of the contract committing to the additional 90-day period, signed by the client, has been shared with the BBB.
The client's claims of there not being enough leads is incorrect; they were waiting on Qazzoo to be claimed. We make no guarantees of credit worthiness as we have professionals who cater to all ranges. Also, any invalid leads were eligible for returned.
Despite the signed contract, the account had been removed and will not be charged again. We will not be issuing a refund; however, we have waived $897 in additional charges that the client was contractually obligated to pay.
Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2023/01/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The additional contract was not specified in the first meeting and I explicitly stated that I was only signing up for a month so there were no additional charges incurred. I was told I would get 20-25 live leads not ones that were already in the system. My contract stated month to month.
