      The technicians that came out to install my water heater did an amazing job. They were polite, and very professional. The installation took less time than I thought. The technicians were careful to be neat and mindful of where they placed their equipment and tools. They fully explained the system and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service I was provided. Thank you to Karri’Em G****** for providing excellent service to me and my family.

      My 15 yr old heat pump went out of service last week. That same day Shane M****** contacted me about replacement. He went over the entire estimate and I got a fair price. Today Zach C******* and Tyler K********* came over the install. Two really nice guys. Clean uniforms and squares away. They went right to work. They explained what they were going to do and kept me updated throughout the process. We chatted throughout the day as they worked. When they finished, they showed me what they had done, made sure I didn't have any questions, thanked me for using Constellation Home and cleaned everything up. These three members of Constellation team are the reason I call Constellation Home for repairs.

      I would like to give a special special thank you to my technician that serviced my furnace today Mr. Linville C******. His customer service was top notch.
      - he took the time to listen to the problem.
      - he took his time assessed the heater retrieved the part and installed it.
      - he thoroughly explained what was malfunctioning and showed me the actual part that was replaced.
      - he answered my questions with a smile and a thorough explanation.
      I would just like to say it was a very pleasant experience he was knowledgeable, communicative and extremely patient with all of my questions regarding operation of my heat.
      He is an outstanding customer facing representative of Constellation Home!

      Constellation Home installed my HVAC systems. The amazing crew of Kevin B***, Taylor M**** and Upendra S******* was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent clean up job - left no trace that they were here. They even trimmed the bush so it wouldn't interfere with the new AC!
      I'm impressed with the experience from the beginning of meeting the consultant. Peter N**, to the end result of the installation process by the crew.

      Had a very wonderful visit today from my favorite tech Mr Don. We were having issues with the furnace not working properly he came in and fixed it right up.
