      we had an excellent experience with the entire crew and installation process. Steel lead the team of Darius, Dakota, and Marco. These four guys were excellent. They introduced themselves they were very professional and most importantly, their work was excellent. The installation was done in a timely fashion, and after everything was completed, it was explained thoroughly to us and open to any questions we had. We would recommend this crew highly. They knew their stuff, and the whole thing could not have been better! They made the process very smooth, and Constellation should be very happy to have these guys working for them!

      Andrew did a great job on my toilet installation. He cleaned up as he worked & double checked all connections. Andrew is an excellent & very knowledgeable plumber! I specifically requested him because of the great job he had done 2 months ago at my mother’s home. Please know he represents Constellation Home well & is an asset to the company!       Neil and Steve did outstanding plumbing work at my home! In addition to resolving several significant plumbing issues, they treated me and my home with respect. Their work played a critical role in my decision to continue my service plans with Constellation Home.

      We had a tech come out that said we needed a new water heater. The sales person from Constellation called us and told us how much it would cost. We paid constellation. On the day of install, the tech comes and says we need to pay an additional $1,400 because they didn't know our water heater was connected to our furnace. It's not hard to see that our water heater is connected to our furnace as the lines run straight infront of you and above your head. This is something that the initial tech should have seen and communicated to the sales person. The lady that told us we needed to pay more money admitted that Constellation had issues with this in the past and they don't always have qualified techs. How do you have unqualified techs?! She also admitted that they have received a lot of push back because this has happened a lot. It's roberry and unethical. On top of that, the tech took our house out of our washer to drain the water heater and never put it back. We went to wash clothes and our basement flooded because the hose was not connected. I submitted a complaint asking for reimbursement and did Constellation help? NO!! You have people that can't even bring the proper supplies to complete the job and install use our hose and don't even put it back?! We had to pay out of our own pocket for flood damages. Did we get reimbursed? Nope. This is an awful company and I will never use them again and will be sure to review on every platform that I can that this is an awful, unethical, dishonest company.

      Our technician Lou was great!! He came out same day to replace our water heater. Very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Took the time to answer all my questions. Gave me a tutorial on how to restart the pilot light if it ever went out. Gave me good advice as to how dry out the area as our old water heater actually rusted out and leaked all over the laundry room. Seemed to care about our best interest. Great customer service for sure!

      The Constellation Tech was very thorough the repairs and completed the work fast.
      After completing the work the technician Mark M********* explained want was done he even repaired a couple of items that needed attention.
      Because my experience with Mark being helpful and courteous we decided to continue with Constellation Home.
